We stayed for 5 nights in a two bedroom deluxe apartment and had a great time. We arrived late but there was a set of full instructions left for us by managment as to how to get to or room, the garage, pool etc. Our apartment was huge, full kitchen, huge lounge and dining and an amazing alfresco dining area... more

Stayed two nights at the Sun Lagoon in a three bedroom room. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment suited our needs well. Its an older place and it shows its age but the room was clean and very comfortable with everything one needed for a self catering stay. Check in was effortless, the management are freindly and we were... more

Whenever people talk about Noosa, it's usually about Hastings Street and all the smart cafes, bars and appartments located in this tiny part of town. Noosa is in fact quite a big place, and just 15 minutes walk from the main drag (buses are available if you are lazy) is the Sun Lagoon resort, managed by the very charming and... more

We regularly stay in Noosa and previously looked to be in Hastings street. We tried Sun Lagoon and wanted a 3 bedroom apartment over the water. We seemed to be so lucky to get a very newly renovated apartment (no. 28) which had a beautiful balcony which we could relax on and watch our girls play on the sand and... more

We have just completed 10 enjoyable days at Sun Lagoon Resort Noosa. We chose it based on the reviews and its rating on tripadvisor.com and were not disappointed. This resort is handy for the beach, Hastings Street shops and restaurants, Gympie Terrace and there are 4 great restaurants and a shop right opposite. The heated pool was great for our... more

As a Sydney-based Noosa addict for 15 years now, I've always previously stayed on Hastings Street (still a favourite haunt). But Quamby Place (Noosa Sound) - situated 10 mts equidistant between Hastings Street and Noosaville is a great find. Sun Lagoon is on the water, economically priced, surrounded by half a dozen eating places (from fish 'n' chips to haute... more

As a single 40ish woman travelling on her own, finding both suitable places and venues is not always easy. I had been to Noosa previously and stayed in Hastings Street. This time on the recommendation of my travel agent I selected the Sun Lagoon Resort in Noosa Heads. I had a large airy and very clean room overlooking the Noosa... more

I have stayed at Sun Lagoon resort many times, and I absolutely love it. Wonderful location, wonderful facilities, and exceptional staff. Brilliant value for money, and just a short stroll into the Noosa main drag and beach. Unfortunately we were unable to return to Sun Lagoon again this year due to sporting committments, however I can't wait to get back... more

Sun Lagoon exceeded our expectations. It is a waterfront Noosa Sound resort with the lot - beautiful apartments, large balconies with water views, pool, spa, sauna, BBQs, tennis, kayaks and its own jetty on a peaceful Nooa River lagoon. And the price was right - a surprise to find such good value for quality Noosa accommodation. The resort has two... more
