Renos still going on but minimal interference with guests. Newly renoed rooms tasteful, spacious and comfortable , however pillows a bit of an issue, need to have selection of firmer pullows. Sheraton offers 'Green Choice' in terms of room cleans; $20 to use 'at any of our restaurants and bars' this is NOT the case after presenting our vouchers( $80)... More

“Under Renovation”

The renovations underway are extensive and will be impressive when completed, yet somewhat overdue for a chain of this reputation and location. The staff were to be commended for their professionalism under the circumstances. Our suite opened to the river and beside being one to yet be renovated, was everything we needed. Will return again on the completion of renovations.
