I hated my time at Gagaju and so did the other 2 people I was with. We had 3 nights at the camp but only stayed 2. Luckily we had a camper van because it flooded the night before we arrived. We were suppose to stay in the bunks on the first night but they were full because of the... More

We canoed All the way here spent most of our time on the beach then rowed our way to camp! Good fun! Not the cleanest but good comimon area for DVDs and tv plenty of places to walk rope swings canoes but different to your average bush camp! Basic living conditions!

Gagaju was a really interesting experience. The guy who owns the place told us that it would be what we made it and he was totally right. The place itself isn't all that, the bathroom was a bit crap and the dorm was pretty scary but it's the bush! The people who own it are nice enough and up for... More

Well, if rats in your bed, holes in your luggage, snakes in the cupboards and hundreds of Moskitoe bites is your thing then go there! If not then don't waste 50 dollars. The canoeing is self guided and there's also a risk of being stung by stingrays. There is pretty much no customer service which you will notice if you... More

I would give this a zero if I could. We waited an hour for them and they never came to pick us up, which meant we had to pay for accommodation we hadn't budgeted for. We had one contact number for them which they never picked up, and we have no way to get an explanation as they did not... More

I am unsure how to respond to this review as we are still unsure how they can claim we never turned up for the 4.20pm pickup yet we picked up 6 fellow travellers who were there waiting for us? Our office phone is answered from 8am till 5pm, If you couldn't get through it may have been busy as this... More

I'm traveling now since 17 months around Australia and that was really the worst place ever. I got a package to do the typical places along the east coast like Fraser Island and Whitsunday as it was a bit cheaper and got that stay for "free". You've been told that you will need to pay $50 for the national park... More

If I could give this 'trip' 0 out of 5 I would of done. This was the worse camp ever. The staff were absolutely appalling. They took no responsibility and took no for our safety, The guy drew a map in the sand with a stick as to where we were to canoe to! And that was it. We went... More

It was the best time in my life, I tell you! I would go back every time! The staff is absolutely lovely, canoeing was so much fun and the parties there were the best I ever experienced! I met the best people ever and I miss this camp sooo much. I recommend it to everybody who likes camping, it was... More

The trip was sold from Wicked Travel as a free Trip, which they gave me as a gift, because I booked so much tours with them. They told me, that the trip is free and I have to pay 50 AUD tax for using the rainforest... But that wasn't the truth - the 50 AUD were for the accommodation in... More

If you're in noosa, or anywhere near make sure you visit this bushcamp! I stayed there for 3 nights, unfortunatly I couldnt stay any longer... I've had the best time there so far. Met amazing people, went canoeing and had some great nights with everyone at the camp. Its really nice to get there, away from town, do your thing... More
