Absolutely fell in love with this place, great peaceful setting on the side of the noosa river, with great facilities for a bush-camp, and would highly recommend to everyone, Lorna was very friendly and helped us in any way possible around the hostel. The canoe was great to get out and explore without a guide and do our own thing... More

Recently coming under new management, Gagaju was an outstanding experience. The canoing was phenomenal and the river is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are excellent. The kitchen was clean with gas burners and the bathrooms/showers were excellent too.The new owners are doing everything they can to make the camp a perfect experience and all the staff were kind and helpful. There... More

Gagaju is an absolute paradise. There's a magic to it that had me come back for a second stay. The staff really are friendly and it's very clean. It's a Bush Camp! It's really chilled out. Perfect place to hang out for a while. Lots to do and the kitchen's well stocked. Massive selection of movies to watch but why... More

I don't understand how anyone can write a bad review about this trip! I went on the 6th Feb and stayed three nights but wish I could've stayed longer!! I had the best weekend! The canoeing is such good fun, granted it was harder on the way back but that's always true when canoeing, still thoroughly enjoyed it! We had... More

I came here over a year and a half ago and what an experience. I had turned up in my van which I was so happy for, I ended up staying one night as it was the worse experience ever!!!!! × old mouldy tents, which after the rain most flooded out × canoes are for 3 ppl so when 2... More

If I'm honest I was worried about doing the everglades. We had heard some negative feedback about the trip but I have to say we had an amazing time! If you have a good group of people a good time is guaranteed. Canoeing was hard work but so much fun and having a pub to aim for is brilliant. I... More

I had 3 beautiful days. Really restfull, in the middle of the nature on the campsite and canoeing through the Everglades. You've to make some out of it yourself because there is not much to do, but if you like being in the nature shouldn't that be a problem. And otherwise you can just watch some movies:) The dorm and... This is one stop you do not want to make even if a travel agent offers it to you for free. TRUST ME when I say its not worth your time and money. Reasons: 1. The camp is dirty, in he middle of no where and have nothing for you to do. You stay in a dorm and/or tent. Dorms... More

Honestly the worst experience of my life. If you are planning on sleeping in a bug infested, unorganized, unsanitary, and uncomfortable conditions then this is the place for you! Run by only men who don't respect any emergency medical needs and would not give a refund even after spending only one day in hideous boredom and disgusting conditions. They advertise... More

After being told this is a free trip by a certain travel agents that only incurs a small park cost, it turned out that all was a lie because the price is consistent with any person visiting the camp. The time we had was very average and the kayaking is boring at best. The real problem for us was that... More
