I got the Gagaju Bush Camp canoe tour for "free" due to Happy Travels. I actually had no idea what to expect but since it was for free I went anyway. The day you get picked up at the bus station in Noosa you will be taken to the Shopoing Center to buy food for the next 3 days. Then... More

We got this trip for free with our Fraser Island trip. You only have to pay $50 at arrival. It's absolutely beautiful and if you have a nice group it is definitely good fun. Some people left before even trying it, but I don't think you can expect luxury if the name of the trip is called "Bushcamp". The kitchen... More

We got the Gagaju Bush Camp canoe tour for "free" due to Wicked Travel. They told us the Everglades are amazingly beautiful but they aren't special to be honest. The tour was fun though, we had a fun group which made it nice. It's actually not a tour, you get your canoe and a map in the morning and try... More

Just rang to cancel my trip as we have heard nothing but bad stories so decided it was an unnecessary experience. The lady was so rude on the phone beginning with 'well I'm not rebooking you back on for another day' before even hearing my reasoning for the cancellation. Once she had found mine and my friends names on the... More

First they say you have to pay €50=£25 which goes towards the keeping of the grounds but it actually goes directly to their pockets. Then you have to pay $5 for a thin sleeping bag that does not keep you warm. The first day is a self guided 6 hour canoeing trip which leads you to a rope swing to... More

On my voucher it said I would be kayaking in the everglades; it wasn't. It was canoeing. The Trip was poorly planned we didn't the whole day we were there. We had plenty of time to go for a trip in the canoe. The everglades were but 3 day/2 nights was too much time.

I did this tour with some friends. The camp is very authentic, and mostly clean. Even if the beds in the dorm or the small matresses provided for the camping are quite uncomfortable, the camp is pretty well equiped with warm showers, a descent kitchen, a big set of movies to watch, a bush fire and a few activities such... If you go here expecting anything other than camping you probably shouldn't go, as the bush camp delivers what it promises. When the staff pick you up they take you to collect food and alcohol (the essentials) for your stay, which is very helpful. You spend most of the day canoeing the beautiful everglades, where the staff give you directions.... More

Me and my girlfriend arrived just a few days ago, we were picked up on time and taken to the camp and shown to the dorm rooms which is where we spent the first night. They were basic but clean and sort of a hammock type bed, my feet stuck out the end but I'm quite tall and it didn't... More

Went on a food and alcohol run before arriving at the camp. Was given a dorm for the first night and a tent on the other nights. It was a bit chilly but this was expected as it was a camping trip, but if you were drunk enough you didnt feel it, which most people would have been. The facilities... More
