Best pancakes ever!!! Kids and hubby hated the thought of sharing a pancake so decided to go one themselves, therefore I had to get mine by myself too. We went down to Pemberton in November with another couple that have a small child. the property was beautiful the Chalets overlooked the lake and you could see the cafe on the otherside and the gardens looked georgeous. We checked in late at around 5pm. Fortunately, room key was left outside the reception. There was no fire starter and matches for us to lit up the fireplace! Hi and thanks for staying with us. For arrivals after 5pm we have a late check-in procedure that is outlined in the booking confirmation letter you received when you booked. Being a small business with only 4 chalets we don't have a reception that's open 24hrs or late into the evening. Generally people are understanding of the need to operate... More
