We only had one night at the Rainbow Trail Chalets, wish we had booked more! Extremely clean, very well presented chalet with a beautiful view in such a relaxing setting. We enjoyed a lovely spa, loved the heating and king bed, and the Nespresso machine is a classy touch. Steve was super friendly and helpful, including when we had a... More

We just got back from spending four glorious days in Pemberton at the Rainbow River Cahlets. Steve greeted us when we arrived, katsina was busy with others but you seemed lovely;) we had Chalet 4 and the view was glorious, the chalet was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The wildlife were great too, saw kangaroos every afternoon... More

I think that I will hide this review from my cleaners, especially the bit about the bird coming inside, but that is really cute. Glad you enjoyed yourself and sorry I didn't get to meet you, maybe next time. Thanks for taking the time to place a review. Kind Regards Katrina More

We were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of all the rooms the chalet. Everything appears new and fresh. The Chalet felt finished and well thought out. It was a beautiful location, close to town and a short drive to the national parks and wineries. Katrina & Steve were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and provide great advice... It has taken a bit of time but finally our trees are doing what we wanted them to do, everything grows well down here once the roots get stuck into the clay soil. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. P.S. We are now up to our next stage of landscaping around our chalets,... More

These chalets are spot on.. Got greeted by the gorgeous dog first, then Steve. Both were very welcoming. We had chalet 4 which was perfect & quite private. Gorgeous views of the bush & loved the roos & birds etc visiting. Bed was sooo comfortable, bathroom with spa & heaters was amazing. Loved the gas fire as was quite cold... More

Hi Chris Well the rain is heavier today then when you left yesterday (love it); hope you avoided all the tree carnage on the roads on your way home. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and putting the great photos up. Regards Katrina More

These chalets are really nice. The location is beautiful with great views over the valley and massive Karri trees. Very close to the bibulmum trail and other bush walks. The owners are lovely and happy to let us feed their horses, pat their cat and dogs and check out the chickens and veggie patch. The rooms are great with gas... More

Hi and thanks for taking time to put a review on. Yes, the coffee machines have proved to be popular (not a coffee drinker myself) and hopefully people can relax a little bit more not having to worry about the dishes so much. Hope to see you again in the future some time. Katrina More

Such a beautiful place to stay. Katrina and Steve are fabulous hosts - very friendly and down to earth and full of local knowledge to help make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Chalets are very well appointed and beds are so comfortable. Enjoyed each morning with coffee on the deck watching the mist roll through the valley. Great access... More

We stayed here for the weekend of an event in Dunsborough and loved it. Close to town but you'd never know it with the surroundings and wildlife. We stay in the south-west quite regularly and were really impressed with the quality and value for money. I couldn't find anything that the owners hadn't considered. It's a quick trip to the... More

We are from NZ, and stayed two nights in Chalet 4 as part of our first ever WA tour. The chalet was very clean and spacious, and is secluded with views of the nearby forest from the balcony and from the spa in the large bathroom. Car parking is under cover right outside the chalet. Kangaroos on the lawn at... More

We stay here every time we head down to Pemberton. The chalets are gorgeous with a very comfortable king-sized bed, small kitchen, fabulous bathroom (with spa), a gas fire for winter and a/c for when it gets hot during the summer. Breakfast on the deck in the morning is accompanied by the sound of all kinds of birds (parrots, kookaburras,... More

And you are welcome anytime. Well, I think that you are the only person that has ever commented on the rabbits, I thought that was funny (they're pretty cute but the little buggers keep ring barking my trees down at the chalets). But...thankyou for taking the time to leave a review, Steve and I really appreciate it. I'll make sure... More
