Upon arrival I experienced instant regret at not listening to the reviews on Trip advisor. A towel for the extra person was thrown at me and I was told to take it to my room. Not really a big deal, but certainly not very professional or accommodating. I mean really, it’s not exactly hard work to simply deposit an extra... More

Notified reception of late arrival (after 5pm on a Friday) and had to go through hoops, waited to be sent a txt msg regarding getting the key and nothing. Arrived and was shocked with the state of the rooms for the money spent. Old, secondhand furniture, crappy decor and just generally tacky. Hot water lasted 3mins and then it was... More

A large complex with all units close to the pool/spa/trampoline/tennis courts. Ground floor unit was great . It can be noisy as so many units and some are up stairs, but it was a very busy time of year and so lots of families and holiday makers. Lovely hot water showers and clean rooms.

Couldn't believe the state of the unit we were allocated - number 1. It made my skin crawl. I estimate the complex to be 30 years old and very little has been done in the way of renovations since. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Not sure about the duvet covers as we picked up one and out fell... More

We booked for 4 nights over easter but only stayed 3. Whilst the fascilities are clean all beds in our room were terribly uncomfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to park your car securely be warned, as the complex is a mixture of permanent residence and holiday makers there is not enough bays in the gated section for all... we stayed at the Mandurah holiday village over Christmas and New year and while the place itself was nice we did find the villa was very cramped for our family of six! We were also a little disappointed that on many occasions when we returned from outings to the beach or shops we were unable to find parking and would... More

First time holiday in Mandurah with hubby & 2 year old son. We were greeted nicely by the reception, lovely kiwi lady. Helpful and friendly, but gave some weird advice on arrival. She said when going to park your car its basically what you see is what you get, which I found very odd considering its a motel. We go... More

First up this is not five star and does not pretend to be and my review is based on this fact and I have rated it accordingly. What I found is a very pleasant establishment for an extended stay managed by very pleasant and accomodating staff. The rooms and ammentities are basic but clean and welcoming. The location is great... More

We hadn't reviewed the accommadation prior to arriving and booked a room in the morning to arrive that afternoon. We arrived after 4pm and therefore the key was put out for us. I received an SMS after completing my booking that provided a PIN number and details of where the key would be. It was made very easy for us... More
