For me and my partner, this site is fine; a flat surface for our van, clean ablutions, a laundry, BBQ and a hot shower! No camp kitchen, which is fine if you just want to use a BBQ but only the one there. This Is just a heads up incase you didn't fancy eating out every night. The ablutions were... More

Stayed 1 night on our way through Western Australia. Lady was very helpful let us pick which site we wanted she even took the time to walk with us to the site to pick from. Instead of just giving us a map n sending us on our way.Abulations block was very clean and tidy. No idea about WIFI as we... More

Had the pleasure of staying at Timbertop 29/30 Nov and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely park, great managers who were friendly to help, and good location close to main precinct. Good clean facilities and lovely van parking on grassed spots. Recommended staying. Only downside was hearing the park is closing in 2016 so a road can go through..???? Another great loss... More

arrived to stay 1 night. Found new managers very friendly and helpful even though they appeared to be just getting heads around some aspects. Watched in amazement for 4 nights as new brooms rapidly made adjustments and paid extra attention to detail such as polishing an already acceptable ablution block, and removing what they considered unacceptable. A quiet park with all... More

We learned a big lesson from this park. Never pay ahead. Not until you see the park. We had paid for two nights and didn't feel safe enough to stay the other. We had children throw balls at our motor home, bikies living in and speeding through the park all at hours and our water and electricity deliberately turned off... More

The closest to the city center, very simple, but with all the essentials and very cheap! The couple that manage the caravan park is very nice and they treated us like friends from the first day! was what we were looking for, if you want to put your tent and enjoy the nature is perfect!

not at all what we expected, the site was mainly permanents and although the staff are pleasant, pitches are close together with little space. facilities, whilst mainly clean are poor and back in the 1950's. It is close to Mandurah centre and you can walk into town and road noise is minimal. Nowhere for children to play and not somewhere... More

mainly permanents and very disorganised pitches close together, ablutions back in the 1950's but have to say reasonably clean. It is very close to the centre of Mandurah and road noise is minimal, staff are nice but very expensive at $35 dollars low season

Would definitely recommend the park cabins they are very clean well equipped with the basics and quite. I booked in for one night and ended staying another. Mary couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely stay again when I’m down that way.

Stayed at timber tops caravan park for 1 night. Was a little concerned with previous review but gave it a go. There are a lot of permanent residents however all were polite and gave a wave or said hello. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the supermarket and a range of shops. The park was very quiet... More
