At first a bit apprehensive, after reading a review about bed bugs in Mont Clare, but too late to cancel my booking. So gave it a try.What I like about Mont Clare:
1.For those with a shoestring budget, Mont Clare provides good value. We paid AUD 165 for a 2-bedroom apartment, shared by 2 couples.

3. Provide everything, including detergent to do laundry (iron, wm, dryer)
4. Kitchen with cutlery, plates etc.
5. Foxtel channel
6. Guest parking
7. Secured
8. Staff is helpful, they helped me book a cab
9. Very near to M2000, car rental, best rate in Perth, I've checked and compared all other car rental co.

Although it's not right in middle of town, it's near enough to walk, abt 15-20 mins to town centre on Hay St. The weather is lovely, so walking is pleasant.. It's good if you come with family, children and bigger group. Especially, if u don't want to eat out every meal, can cook at apartment. more
