A high standard, well run B & B situated on the beach close to Busselton. Our room was very neat, clean and comfortable, with the hottest shower I have had in a long time. The hosts are long-term locals, who were happy to advise about things to do whilst visiting Busselton. They are friendly and hospitable people who also provided... More

We decided to stay somewhere different this time and chose this delightful place just north of the town of Busselton. Nicely appointed rooms with common dining & lounge areas. whist a cooked breakfast was included, we had the self help continental breakfast, adequate for our needs. Didn't want to fill up too much as we were exploring the area by... More

This B&B is okay but not reflective of the photos and not great. The living area is dated and the whole place just seems a little old. On the positives, it was clean and tidy. Negatives, $129 is too much to pay. I would expect $60-$80. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone walking down the hallway and... More

Came here with my partner for a getaway. Good Points: - Beautiful grounds, garden is lovely - Pretty close to Busselton shops - Great proximity to the Tuart Forrest (great fun for a bushwalk) - Breakfast provided and home-cooked meals by owner - TV got regular channels (not just 1 as stated in a previous review?) Bad Points: - The... More

My family stayed in the small apartment which looks nothing like the accommodation looks on the ads. It was small and basic. The ocean is a fair distance away and not easy to walk too especially with young children. Jane actually made us feel really bad and guilty for not disclosing we had a six month baby with us. Apparently... More

My hubby and two boys aged 6 and 12 stayed for four nights. We were happy with our ocean view double room. Beds were comfy, scenery was gorgeous. Jane the owner was wonderful and hospitable. Far enough to be away from a busy hotel, but five mins from Busselton. As it was winter, not really lots to do for kids,... More

Beautiful views, great nature walks, warm hospitality. It is 10 minutes out of town , so get your supply ( your nibbles, drink) but home cooked dinner is available ..The world's only tall Tuarts grown closeby at the Ludlow Tuart Forest (one of the rarest forests in the world) .Great getaway for the weekend or a base exploring the surroundings.

This B&B was just what the doctor ordered. Its a few K's out of the town so its nice & peaceful with lovely views over looking the estuaries and the ocean. The owners where lovely and couldn't have been more friendly. Its easy to bike into town. There is an array of wildlife right on your doorstep from ducks to... More

This place promises too much through advertised images. The location is interesting, however make no mistake: it is a very basic establishment, reasonably clean but with dated, tacky facilities. This would not be an issue if it charged a nightly rate commensurate with its two-star real status, but this is not the case. For a similar rate you can stay... More

This is a B&B with great views, quiet location only 5 min from Busselton town center. Ideal if you dont want the traffic noise or bussel of the holiday season. We loved it, great rooms for very reasonable rates with all the mod cons, great beds, and great breakfasts served with warm friendly service where nothing was too much trouble.... More
