Came here with my partner for a getaway. Good Points: - Beautiful grounds, garden is lovely - Pretty close to Busselton shops - Great proximity to the Tuart Forrest (great fun for a bushwalk) - Breakfast provided and home-cooked meals by owner - TV got regular channels (not just 1 as stated in a previous review?) Bad Points: - The... More

My family stayed in the small apartment which looks nothing like the accommodation looks on the ads. It was small and basic. The ocean is a fair distance away and not easy to walk too especially with young children. Jane actually made us feel really bad and guilty for not disclosing we had a six month baby with us. Apparently... More

My hubby and two boys aged 6 and 12 stayed for four nights. We were happy with our ocean view double room. Beds were comfy, scenery was gorgeous. Jane the owner was wonderful and hospitable. Far enough to be away from a busy hotel, but five mins from Busselton. As it was winter, not really lots to do for kids,... More

Beautiful views, great nature walks, warm hospitality. It is 10 minutes out of town , so get your supply ( your nibbles, drink) but home cooked dinner is available ..The world's only tall Tuarts grown closeby at the Ludlow Tuart Forest (one of the rarest forests in the world) .Great getaway for the weekend or a base exploring the surroundings.

This B&B was just what the doctor ordered. Its a few K's out of the town so its nice & peaceful with lovely views over looking the estuaries and the ocean. The owners where lovely and couldn't have been more friendly. Its easy to bike into town. There is an array of wildlife right on your doorstep from ducks to... More

This place promises too much through advertised images. The location is interesting, however make no mistake: it is a very basic establishment, reasonably clean but with dated, tacky facilities. This would not be an issue if it charged a nightly rate commensurate with its two-star real status, but this is not the case. For a similar rate you can stay... More

This is a B&B with great views, quiet location only 5 min from Busselton town center. Ideal if you dont want the traffic noise or bussel of the holiday season. We loved it, great rooms for very reasonable rates with all the mod cons, great beds, and great breakfasts served with warm friendly service where nothing was too much trouble.... More

Room was far too small, only stayed 1 night instead of 3. TV was on wrong side of room to watch anything and only 1 channel , was more like a Bed n Breakfast, would be good for 1 night stay only. Beds where very comfortable, didn't get to eat breakfast as i woke up sick from the air conditioner... More

We booked this place for a overnighter near Busselton. Pretty good value and home cooked breakfast included. Beach not far, but had to fight the 4x4 for a spot...human vs vehicle guess who one?..anyways no complaints from this establishment

Martin Fields Beach Retreat is a lovely B&B. The rooms were hotel standard with comfortable beds, flash-looking TVs and reverse cycle air conditioning. The breakfast were nice though I would have preferred my poached eggs done with a runny yoke. The buffet selection of cereals, juices and high quality bread complemented the cooked breakfast. The hostess, Jane, was probably the... More
