Saltair gives one the impression that the owners are proud of their place and that many thought has gone in to even the smallest details such as: A capsule expresso machine, BBQ kits and accessories, a bathroom that not only has 2 heated towel hangers but an extra 2 hooks if heating is not required, cotton pads for make-up removal,... When buying a home location is everything and when choosing holiday accommodation location is just as important. In this regard Saltair rates very highly. Situated on a hill amidst other quality homes (the house opposite is on sale for AU $1.1m), with views of Middleton Bay and Beach and a short drive to York Street and the best restaurants in... More

Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. I would like to clarify just one thing. We offer different breakfast options daily and you are quite right, some of those guest cook themselves on the BBQ, but others are cooked by us. It all depends on what is offered on the day.... More

An absolutely brilliant location overlooking the beach - very high quality rooms. I loved that it was like a home away from home - so luxurious clean and relaxing. Loved the breakfast every morning and Mark was very kind, efficient and had a "can do" attitude. Let me check in early so I could have a nap as I had... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Well appointed rooms, quiet, private. Beautiful large breakfasts. Deluxe spa. Good location near Middleton Beach and short drive to centre of Albany CBD. Park outside your room. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay here.

Stayed here with hubby for two nights. It was our first stay in a b&b. I think it set such high expectations for our next b&b! It was such a comfortable and nice place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and caters even for the hungriest person (like me!) with such a good amount. It was nice to be able... More

After much research looking for accomodation in Albany, I stumbled across Saltair bed & breakfast. Ive never stayed at a B&B before but what a great experience. We booked a 3 night stay. On arrival we were amazed by the views, the modern suites (there is only 3) so its very welcoming. On our stay we had neighbors on either... More

I've had a pleasant 2 nights stay at Saltair and certainly enjoyed the room facilities and breakfast. Different breakfast menu everyday, certainly spoiled with choices. =) Magazines choices available for guest browsing are all current issues. Mark & Carolyn would do their best to provide everything and I especially appreciate the Castle Rock Sky walk at the Porongurup range recommended... More

Fantastic location on the hill overlooking Middleton Beach. Modern, immaculate apartment style rooms. Loved the warm welcome, breakfast, views and free wifi. Albany turned on the best weather. We'll be back soon.

My partner and I in 1 room and my mother in another all enjoyed a lovely night at Saltair. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped and worthy of the term 'luxury'. Highlights were the robes, large bathroom, view, spacious living area and beautiful flowers in the guest hall. The in room breakfast was very nice (lovely eggs, freshly squeezed... More

We check out tommorrow, and will hate that we have to do it. Saltair is the perfect place to come back to at the end of each busy day spent exploring the wonderland that is Albany & it's surrounds. We stayed in suite 1, it is a spacious well provisioned and well finished. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom... More
