My husband and I travel to Albany for business once a month and for the last 12 months we have been using Pelicans for our accommodation. We have stayed in all the accommodation ranges here, from their budget units to the executive units and they are always meticulously clean. Obviously the furnishings in the more expensive accommodation is newer and... More

This was our second stay and we weren't disappointed. We booked the basic one bedroom unit which was clean, well appointed and a good size. The unit had everything we needed, including complimentary wifi, a comfortable bed as well as an additional single bed in the lounge room. Janelle in reception was excellent. Definitely prefer staying here to a motel... More

We've only booked the Economy Apartment (Apt. B) - but it was really great! Lots of space - large kitchen+lounge, very nice bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washing machine in the apartment! A nice place with table and chairs to sit outside and comfy sofa inside - we loved it!. Free WiFi,... More

This was our second stay at the pelicans. And this time we had a deluxe apartment which was just lovely. Great comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower. Also had a kitchen and table with a lounge area with 2 balconies. Really do love these little apartments. Last time dec last year we had the 2 bedroom house which was pretty... More

We needed a room for the night and were surprised that we actually got a 3 bedroom villa right near Middleton Beach. Pity we didn't need to stay longer. Had a swim in the morning and then a coffee next door, breakfast with the cyclists (lycra madness!).

This place is great for large families (upto 6-8 pax), with bathrooms on the ground & upper floor. The kitchen is well equip, although the knives have seen better days. Location wise: This place is a good 10 mins drive away from the town centre, where one can get groceries or drive-thru. Overall, good value for money & I like... More

I love this place! I would highly recommend staying here. Our apartment was like living in a small unit. Main bedroom with ensuite, plus lounge room with two single seat couches and a single bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen included kettle, toaster, microwave, grill, oven, full size fridge, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Everything you would need... More

Stayed here for 4 nights, room was not clean when we arrived, room was not serviced for the 4 nights we stated and having a baby meant lots of poopy nappies in an overflowing bin. Ended up having to use plastic bags. Also ran out of toilet paper which wouldn't be replaced. Also don't think we got the house we... More

Stayed for one night in unit 1. Rooms are really clean. Reverse aircon worked well. Lots of space. Actually had two bedrooms we didn't need. Main issue is the shower. Either scalding or freezing cold and very little in between. My partner got very angry at this and took it out on me. So I won't be returning here.
