We have stayed here a few times now but this time is extra special. After a mistaken booking somewhere else we spoke to BIG4 Emu beach and they fit us in the next night with a compassionate and understanding knowledge of our bad experience elsewhere. Upon booking in on our night we received an upgrade from a cancellation and what... More

Amazingly small and served her good purpose for a night of decent stay. Room was clean and tiny. We picked the tiny motel room, and yes, I emphasized the word tiny for a third time here. Queen-sized bed for a cozy two, nice for cuddling up in the cold of the night. We almost had to cuddle with our luggage... More

Hi J404, Thanks for your lovely review. Unfortunately yes the motel rooms are quite small, but do serve well for overnight accommodation. We hope to see you back again. More

we stayed in a Britz camper for two nights prior to Anzac Day and enjoyed the experience. The park is clean, quite and though the amenities blocks are old they are clean and adequate. I agree some facilities are located a short distance from many sites this had minimal impact. Many lovely walks along the beach and nearby parks to... More

We just finished staying here for the ANZAC weekend. We booked a two bedroom chalet and found it very comfortable. The campsite itself had great facilities and found the the cleanliness level extremely high. A great place to stay with the family.

We stayed there twice, firstly roughing it in a non powered tent. Yuk! Walking miles for the bathroom! Then I booked a villa. Absolutely fantastic! Just what we wanted! Sadly, we had to clean it ourselves when we checked out as they arent serviced. The park is close to the beach via a walking track not for faint of heart.... More

Hi Karen, Thanks for your review of the park. Thank you for your feedback about room services. All our chalets etc are self contained. We do however service rooms for free if you stay for a week or more. If you are only in for a few days we can offer you a service for a small fee and require... More

We found our stay here pleasant and comfortable. Things seemed to be a bit poorly positioned though. For example the toilet door was positioned 1 ft from our dining room table in our cabin and the jumping pillow was positioned well away from anything (good for other child-free guests) but without a table or anywhere for adults to sit nearby.... Hi JoW460, Thank you for your review and feedback from your stay. The park changed ownership in July 2014 and changed to BIG4 in December 2014, so we are still getting into park rennovations and repairs. We do have a lot of plans for the park to hope improve it even more. This too includes more holiday activities. Currently we... More

A quiet little caravan park on the city outskirts but 30 m from a wonderful little beach. This park is very well established with concrete slab for annexe and grassed area all around. A fabulous barbecue area is provided with gas BBQ's , seats, cover and walls which provide protection from the wind. The facilities are clean, and the laundry... More

We booked into a two bed rooms chalet, with my initial thought that it is going to be just a average chalet, yet upon our arrival we were greeted with clean and well manage mixed dwellings of holiday homes. There is a common baths and toilets for caravan and campers holiday makers. The chalet, to our surprise, reminded me of... More

Just stayed at this caravan park on the weekend following a climb up Toolbrannup Peak. Booked an onsite chalet with spa (thought we would need it after the climb... and we did!!!). What an amazing caravan park. Extremely clean and tidy and the reception staff were really friendly. Couldn't believe an onsite chalet could feel like a little romantic get... More

We camped with a tent in a powered site for a week. Park is clean and well maintained. The sites are fairly small. Once our tent and gazebo was up there wasn't any more room to move on our site. There are also several permanent dwellers in the caravan and tent area that downgrades the look and feel of the... More

Hi esmari, Thank you for your review and your feedback. Yes some of the permanent vans dotted round do detract from the park a bit. We are relocating them all up to the rear of the park this year. The park has only been under current ownership since July 2014 and we have a lot of renovations and upgrades we... More
