I stayed here with a friend for three nights in July. We were to be joined by her daughter for nights 2&3. We checked into a room at the front and was a little surprised by the smallness but we were spending most of the time at a sporting carnival so didn't mind. I scored the sofa bed, never my... More

Great location and places to dine across the street. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. I prefer the williamstown north - Quest, better priced and the lake view is awesome for early morning walk/run. Would definitely recommend for business or somewhere nice for a holiday

My family and I recently spent a week at the Quest Williamstown because we loved the location (on the water, adjacent to a wonderful park, and some great restaurants across the road) and was close to friends at Newport. Unfortunately, this facility has seen better days and is looking very tired. Kitchen facilities were old and very basic, as were... More

Our family of six stayed on a Sunday night. Location was excellent - right in the heart of Willie. A little noisy but to be expected for the location. Disappointed there was no free wifi and although foxtel was supposed to be included, it wasn't. The rooms although a little tired looking, were very spacious and clean. The view over... More

My family and I (including a 2-year old and a baby) stayed at the Quest Williamstown for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Although the apartments and hotel are older and certainly in need of a refurb, the superb location and outstanding service from the staff outweighed the negatives from the actual room itself. On the second day our... More

We were at Quest Williamstown for six weeks of a 12 week stay. DO NOT STAY THERE........Very noisy rooms, linen not changed, rooms never vacuumed or dusted, rude management, and DOUBLE BOOKINGS, lift out of order for over a month. After a terrible six week stay, they call our room at 10am on Sunday to say our room is required... More

We stayed at these Apartments while visiting family and to see what self contained apartments were like compared to hotels. The location (right on the pier) was exceptional, and there were functions both nights in the function centre attached to the Apartments, but we did not hear a thing which is a big plus. there were a couple of small... So disappointed !! Booked Waterfront Room for Valentines Day well in advance only to find ourselves in room 16 on the ground floor overlooking an overgrown hedge and the back end of the neighbouring restaurant where the staff sit on milk crates smoking!!!! The Balcony is a shared walkway...so unhappy .. When I spoke to lady at reception she said... More

We have stayed at this property a number of times because it is conveniently located near to family in the area. Having said that, the property is looking tired and is in need of a facelift/refurbishment inside and out. The previous experience of staying here caused me to ask for a room on the Nelson Place end of the property... More

We stayed in Quest for 22 days while visiting family in the area and overall were very satisfied. The strengths of this Quest are clear - a superb waterfront location with shops and amenities close by. In addition, the staff, notably at front of house are first-class - friendly, courteous and efficient. They certainly added to the enjoyment of our... More
