I booked here on reviews. The apartment was excellent. But perhaps there was a fill in manager for my two night stay. To say there was no customer service other than a cursory check in and out is an understatement with a rather condescending mention twice as to our "Wotif" status. Perhaps they prefer corporate guests.

I spent 8days staying in Punthill Apartment Hotel, Melbourne in April for business trip. It is located at Stud Road, Victoria. And is conveniently opposite the Knox City shopping center and entertainment precinct by walking distance (<10mintues). This shopping mall, I would say has something for everyone taste.

WE stayed in the 1 bedrrom apartment and found it more than adequate, the laundry facilities in the room are very handy, the location is on a busy road but we were not disturbed by traffic noise and Knox City shopping centre is just across the road and plenty of food shops nearby.

Great place to stay for a long term visit. Road noise is noticeable, but you do get used to it. Everyone is extremely nice. On site gym is poor, treadmill doesn't really work and the hours of the exercise room are very short.
