It's the little niceties which make the difference: plenty of good quality towels, electric blanket, room with views of waterway and bushland, away from the highway. After a long drive from Adelaide to Melbourne, I appreciated the comfort of this motel and the warm welcome from the hosts.

Chose this establishment over all the others in Stawell based on Trip Advisor ratings and sure enough, they were on the money. Rooms are quite large with everything required. Probably showing some wear & tear signs but overall they are clean & comfortable & everything was in working order. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Very relaxing setting & set back off the Western Hwy so traffic noise is quite minimal. Will stay here again

This motel has large rooms (deluxe spa room) with a view of the lake where you can feed the ducks. Clean and confortable although the air conditioners can be a bit noisy. Also has indoor pool and spa.
