From arrival to departure it was a lovely overnight stay. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful suggesting 2 great venues for dinner. The room was basic but it was immaculately clean with a decent sized TV, mini fridge, toaster, jug and microwave. The bathroom was light and bright and has a magnificent rain shower...hot and strong. The hot... More

I had booked the same room when we last stayed there (right down the end of the complex) Were told this time it was not available (there were 3 other cars parked there overnight so that was a downright lie). Also sign out the front said 'No Vacancy". Obviously untrue! Do they only open so many rooms to save on... More

Dear morrish637, I am very sorry you were not happy with your stay this time. We do our best to give our guests the room that best suits their preference but the rooms you were after were just not available for hire that night. If they had been I am sure we would have allocated you there. I would also... More

Don't judge this book by its cover, once you get past the dreary exterior the rooms are great having been recently refurbished apparently, owner friendly and a lovely little pool/bar area. I would have no problem recommending this motel to friends and family.

When of the best stays we've had. Room was comfortable, clean & will definitely use again if in the area. Expectations were exceeded. Checking service was excellent also. Great location. Highly recommend.

This motel is close to the town and also very close to a couple of pubs. Our room was clean and a reasonable size. The pool was also clean which is important to me in summer. There was undercover parking right outside our door.

The room was $180 and rated 4 star, so I had high expectations. This place has had a quick makeover which doesn't seem quite finished. My room had a strong mouldy smell and my window view was a dirty brick wall. The lounge and bathroom were lovely and the kitchen was basic but with a design flaw so you could... More

As with most country motor inns this ones getting on in years. It certainly exceeded my expectations though having been renovated through out. Excellent bedding and modern bathroom are sure to impress ....... Must be the best place to stay in Seymore.

Travelling from Sydney, we needed an overnight stay on our way to a Melbourne wedding and Seymour was a perfect spot for an easy drive the next morning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was everything our fairly simple tastes needed. With cereal for both, the one cooked breakfast between the two of us was almost more... More

The family room was very neat and tidy however very basic. I opened kitchen cupboard and door came off in my hand. The bathroom looked like it was in a luxury hotel (the nicest room in the appartment but the rest of the appartment didn't reflect class at all) the kitchen was useless for a family with just a stove... If you need to stay in Seymour, I definitely recommend the Best Western. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are appealing and modern thanks to tasteful renovations. I'm currently living locally but originally from the city, so it felt like it was bringing a little bit of the city into the country. There was welcome fruit chilled in the... More
