We stayed for one night at this amazing bed and breakfast with our 2 kids. We had a ensuite room which was very large and the bathroom was also huge. The room was very nicely done up with lace covers and had electric blankets. On our drive to the house we got to see kangaroos as well. Win welcomed U.S.... More

From first greeting at the front door - to our final wave goodbye, Don and Win offered us wonderful hospitality. Their home is located in a 'one of a kind' position overlooking part of Victoria's coastline near its iconic 12 Apostles were no two days are the same: wake to the distant roaring of the wild surf of Bass Strait... Win and Don were excellent hosts, I cannot commend them enough for the hospitality they showed us. We arrived late around 8pm, but was given a tour of the house and free use of the little pantry on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was simple yet ample enough with eggs, ham and bread with butter and jam. We dined with the... More

I was visiting the Great Ocean Road and was going to overnight near 12 Apostles to catch either sunset or sunrise views. Mere 5 minutes by car that turns inland up to the beautifully kept house perched on rolling hills with a cows farm. Kangaroos run wild and from your bedrooms, you could also see the ocean as the backdrop.... More

What a gorgeous situation! After just a few minutes drive on an unmade track off the main coast road we spied the beautiful farmhouse that we had booked for our second night on the Great Ocean Rd from Adelaide to Melbourne. We could not have had a warmer and more hospitable welcome. The whole of the first floor is guest... More

This B and B was like home from home. Our room was beautiful. Comfortable, spacious, good views, excellent bathroom, useful kitchenette and lounge area. Welcome chocolates in our room were a lovely finishing touch. The accommodation was easy to find and very good for visiting Loch Ard and the 12 Apostles. Win and Don were excellent hosts and made us... More

My partner and I stayed at "Loch Ard Bed & Breakfast” for one night on Dec 28th, 2014. We started our Great Ocean Road trip from Melbourne (by plane) and than were driving in one shot over to Port Fairy to start our drive. "Loch Ard Bed & Breakfast” is very well located and very close to the major scenic... More

My partner and I stayed at the Loch Ard B&B in for two nights in Feb 2014. After driving the Great Ocean Road. We wanted to stay in the area to take in the coastal scenery across a few days. The B&B is down a 3km dirt/gravel road, making it a good distance from the main great ocean road. This... More

We recently travelled the Great Ocean Road with our son and British daughter-in-law and this B&B was a highlight. The setting overlooking the Loch Ard Gorge is magnificent and as it was blowing a gale we decided to stay in the house rather than all venture out again for dinner. The kitchen was fully equipped so we bought takeaway fish... More

Our stay with Don and Win in their beautiful home was unique, special and personal. The house is located in a beautiful position overlooking the gorgeous blue ocean and fields with kangaroos hopping around. Don and Win as hosts were personable, friendly and very welcoming. We enjoyed eating breakfast with them and getting to know the history of the area... More
