Very friendly welcome from Angela. We stayed in a queen standard room which was very clean, and quite roomy. Bathroom clean and shower was very large. Kitchenette had everything you needed. The only thing that was annoying was our neighbours had a late night shower and i was kept awake by screaming water pipes. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Close... More

Very friendly and knowledgable owner Angela took the time to remember our names and give us advice about the town attractions . The rooms were a tad chilly (as you need to bundle up near the coast) but the shower was hot with great pressure and the electric blanket was toasty . The kitchenette is well stocked with microwave ,... More

We loved our stay here at the Coachman. I was struggling to find a place to stay for my last few days in Australia. All the book sites were coming back "fully booked". i looked on the hotel's own web site and they said "please enquire". I rang and spoke with Terry who promised to check and call back. After... We booked the motel by phone and all OK when we arrived. Rooms large with a kitchenette but all a bit tired. Air-con unit very noisy but worked fine. Close to town and beech with some noise from nearby road (round about). Limited WiFi usage but adequate for my email use. Sheets and towels average quality.

The motel looks quite dated but the room was kept very clean. Owner was nice and welcoming. Please note that there are no rooms on the ground floor, and there are no lifts, which can be difficult if you have a kid in a pram.

We stayed one night and that was one night too many. The room was small and advertised as a "Spa room" I was expecting something special for the price we paid but the so called spa was a jacuzzi bath with a very dated screen around it. I couldn't make it work as there was an isolator switch on the... More

We booked on the day of arrival on the long weekend as my partner found out he wasnt required to work that weekend on the day. We stayed only for one night arriving late and leaving early. The hotel was adequate for our night. The room seemed clean and tidy. it had a tiny kitchenette with a sink, toaster, kettle... More

Immaculately maintained, and in a quiet, convenient location, you'll always find a welcoming smile from Angela & Terry at the Coachman. It's minutes from the supermarket, beach, cafés & restaurants, has a great little kitchenette (fridge & microwave only), and the rooms are beautifully & carefully cleaned daily.
