We thought we were staying at a motel relaxing amongst the lush tropical gardens... The website forgot to mention their is also a caravan park on the property and 30 screaming kids running wild up and down the stairs screaming at the top of their voice until after 9pm .. Oh and there is no cable tv as suggested on... More

We had a great stay, rooms are were clean and well equipped, staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the facilities were well maintained and well placed. Would certainly recommend Kaloha Resort & would stay there again myself.

I stayed here for two nights as part of my joint work/holiday trip in Australia. The site is a mixture of motel style rooms and pitches for caravans and mobile homes. I stayed in a 'spa' room (21) which was up an outdoors staircase. The room was an OK size with a TV, etc and was what I expected. The... More

We stayed here with our two girls with the original intention of one night as part of a driving holiday around Victoria. My husband fell ill though and I cannot thank the staff enough for their help during this difficult and stressful time. After our pre-booked night in the family motel unit (which was perfectly adequate for a 1 night... More

Perfectly located, close to the beach and at walking distance from central Cowes. Family room at first floor was spacious and bright, with big bathroom, but lack of everything a family would like to find (toaster, microwave, plates, cutlery). Wi-fi very weak and nit stable during peak hours, not free (bad habit common in Australia by the way). Management was... More

Thank you for taking time to post a review. I am sorry to read that you are dissapointed that your room did not have kitchen facilities. I have checked and note that you stayed in one of our Spa Rooms. These rooms only have Tea/Coffee making as found in most motels. We do offer one and two bedroom Family rooms... More

This resort is located quite near the beach in Cowes, however... with the added bonus of being away from the main street. My partner and I stayed here and found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was reasonable , meeting all of our needs. The room we chose to book was recently refurbished with a lovely spa.

Thank you for your review of our property. Our location is something we are very fortunate to have, thanks to much foresight by my late father who purchased the land many years ago. It is impossible to secure a large parcel of beachfront land right in Cowes nowadays. We are continually upgrading and refurbishing our rooms in an attempt to... More

This is a nice motel within walking distance from the ocean. The rooms are very clean. However, our room was on the second floor with 13 steps no lift, so ask for a room on the first floor. The host was informative and helped us with plans for dinner. There are laundry facilities on site. The pool is very nice.

When you view this hotel on booking.com it looks very nice. What they don't tell you is that the angles that the shots are taken from are carefully selected and avoid some less attractive views that could also be seen from the same spot. The resort is actually an appendage to a caravan park. They claim an onsite restaurant and... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our property. Yes we do have both a motel and a caravan park. I do not believe that the caravan park is detrimental to the motel in any way at all. In fact many guests who have stayed in our motel, especially those with children, have reported that it... More
