Comfortable, large rooms close to beach and shops but in a reasonably quiet area. Nice, but small, pool area. Courtyard area a bit drab. Hot water a bit sporadic. Staff very friendly. Overpriced for what it is although we were staying over NYE so everywhere is probably like that. More

This hotel is located near The Esplanade with easy access to super market and eating places. There are individual parking lot in front of each room. Quite convenient and nicely planned. Stayed there for 2 nights with my family and the kids enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended!! More

Drove down to Philip Island like everyone for the penguin parade, after explore of cowes went for the Tropicana Motor Inn. Short walk to the town and easy to get to the main road. Location was on a quiet side road. Room was clean and spacious, pleantly of parking and a small pool, though not heated. Overall excellent find. More
