We spent 2 nights here as a family with 4 kids in a 3 bedroom unit or 'shack' as our 8 year old UK nephew persisted in calling it! The layout is good. The bathrooms look lovely except for the mould around the showers..... Really off putting. And in our ensuite shower there was nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc,... More

We recently stayed the night at the Ramada Resort. It was okay for a night, however, the air conditioner didn't work and it was HOT!!! the cabin doesn't have insulation so you really feel it. The technician tried to fix it but couldn't so we were given 2 fans instead. I mean REALLY! They know how to take our money...it... More

Really enjoyed staying at this resort, excellent facilities, great location. The staff were very friendly helping out even when not asked. Enjoy a pizza and the pizza shop then a swim at the pool. heaps of room to go for a walk or a run and 2 gyms. The cabin was quite large with plenty of room for our family... More

Really think that air conditioning should be a given in our hot climate. The night was above 20 degrees Celcius and there is not even a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. Very dated decor, but at the same time very clean and seemingly well maintained. Marketed (in our case) as a "Luxury Spa Resort" - more like a comfortable family... More

My self and my family loved this resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we had booked for last week but my husband became very ill on the day we had to be there and i couldn't leave him on his own. I rang the resort and told them of our situation, the lady booked us in for the... More

We stayed (family of 4) in a 2 bedroom villa. It is like a little apartment with a small kitchen at a corner and a dinning table. The bedrooms are clean and the bed are comfortable. We checked in late (around 10pm as we were in a tour group) and the reception had closed so on one could help us... More

Stayed only one night in this great resort with my mum - accommodation was great and had everything you need for a little weekend away. Was too cold to swim but the outside pools were clean and a decent size. Tennis courts were good. Make sure you check out the MASSIVE spa they have there also! Didn't actually eat at... More

The cottage looks really old. The seat and sofa are so dirty that we had to buy Febreze from Coles to clean the seat and sofa. The flooring looks worn-out. The bushes outside that cottage is also not maintain properly. Please don't waste your money here.

I stayed only 1 night at cabin 109. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 toilets & a full kitchen facility. It can sleep 6 comfortably. Maybe it's Wednesday thus it's a quiet, pleasant experience for my family. In the evening I saw a family having BBQ, a couple of guys going tennis & an elderly guy gazing at some goose... More

Stayed here for a night on Dec 4. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. They could improve on the quality of their pillows though. They were too flat for my liking, even when I stacked 2 together. The buffet was way overpriced too.
