Period of stay was 24-26 October 2014, it was a group of around 65 people. It was our annual get together & we thought it would be a lovely place to have some group activities, however the hotel management had refused to give us the only banquet hall that was available unless we pay for food for all 65 guests... We travelled to Melbourne over the long weekend and decided to break up the trip and have a night at Phillip Island to see the penguin parade so I went online and booked the Ramada based in the good reputation from a tv episode I saw of another Ramada property. What a silly mistake that proved to be as this... More

Period stayed:22&23 Nov 2014 I booked for a 2-night stay for 4 adults and my 21-month old baby. Room was nice with fully equipped cooking facilties. However we were told by the receptionist during our check in that they do no make up the room and we have to wash our own bath towels. Ok that's fine so during our... More

We stayed here for the weekend. Had great difficulty finding where we were meant to be staying. The room/cabin was in need of complete face lift. Decking dangerous as no safety rails. In desperate need of painting. Inside the plywood sheets as flooring was badly scratched. Toilet was covered in pink cleaning liquid. Shower had mould along the base &... More

Stayed 2 nights at this resort. This accommodation is due for an overhaul. The timber floor is heavily worn and dirty. telephone not working, TV remote is broken, sliding door not functioning well....very bad experience. Not worth the money, avoid this place.

This resort may have a nice pool, restaurant, kids arcade - but we didn't visit them. We came for the night to see the Fairy Penguins that night. The rooms are small bungalows set in a wooded area, which would normally be fine. They were very hard to find, even with the map. Once found, the sliding door was off... More

Top spot for families. Bring bikes ride around like a fancy caravan park sort of the cabins are good size clean and seemed to have everything you could want. Plenty of things to do around the area if the bar, restaurant, three pools and a spa aren't enough to keep you busy Breakfast was okay. Ran out of things a... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was nice and quiet with lovely outdoor facilities. Upon closer inspection I noticed that there were cobwebs in all rooms. The shower needed a good scrub and the walls in the bathroom and toilet needed a good clean as there were pubic hairs on the wall. The couches were well worn and... More

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. It is a lovely place to stay with great facilities, great cafe/restaurant and special touches like decent toiletries and tea/coffee etc. However there are just a few things that prevent me from giving it full marks: 1. You can purchase wifi (Tomizone) through reception, but it doesn't work. To... More

Make up your mind reception you either book the courts or you dont! Personally i think booking them is a good idea. I wish the amenities had better hours 8AM until 8PM isnt long... More
