We were a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews but we were really impressed with Ramada and would definitley recommend it. We had a very private studio spa room. Very clean and comfortable. Nice and close to all that Phillip Island has to offer. Facilities at the resort were excellent. Bought pizza on the first night and had a... More

First I would like to say this place is just a cabin park. The office had lost the booking for us. The filth of the cabin was disgusting, there was more dust in the place than a sand and soil supplier. There was other people's haired in the shower and spa. There is rust coming from the shower head. We... More

From the moment we arrived on Phillip Island the staff at the resort were nothing but friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin and each bed had an electric blanket, there is also a heater that warms the place up very fast. The place was spotless. We used the washing machine everyday to wash and the dryer... More

They had no record of our confirmed booking via their own website - lucky we had the email confirmation or else we would have been out on the street. They graciously 'upgraded' us as they'd sold all the 1br apartments. Room is clean, but no aircon/heating in either bedrooms - one single reverse cycle thing above fridge in kitchen. Bathroom... Stayed here for two nights, picked it over the internet its nothing like the photos, not sure how they can call themselves a resort, it was just and over priced cabbin park. Stayed during winter and it was freezing inside the rooms.

Recently spent 5 nights at Phillip Island staying at the Ramada. The accommodation is individual, stand alone cottages spread over a 65 acres of natural beauty with 7 kilometres of walking tracks. There was 5 of us and we stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage which was clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen and a wonderful gas heater which... More

We stayed in a three bedroom deluxe....four adults and one child. It was a great place. Please be aware that it is a very large and spread out property. We loved that aspect though. We didn't use any of the pool or recreation facilities as it was a cold winters day/night but they all looked great. Had a meal at... More

The Ramada Resort at Phillip Island was fantastic!! We received exceptional customer service and an immediate booking service. The staff were very friendly, the accomodation was clean and warm, particularly suitable for a family of 5. The outside spa was a bit too cold, although the indoor pool was great and the entire facility and grounds were thoroughly enjoyed! Can't... More
