We were very disappointed with our stay at Koala Resort. Certainly not a resort. Paid $195 for the night for a very dark old room, shower was not much more than a trickle. Was told to bring our own cups for tea and coffee, there was a kettle and a toaster but not a spoon or plate or anything else.... More

My boyfriend and I came down to participate in the Tough Mudder event. We chose Koala Park Resort as it was reasonably close to where Tough Mudder was held and it was in our price range. When we arrived, the staff were exceptionally helpful and informed us further as to the event and location. Our room had a delightfully comfortable... More

Upon arrival, we were greeted we thought we'd have good stay. Once in the room we noticed it was nothing like what the website had shown. The room was small, cramped and in my opinion below average. We took a walk around to see what the rest of the 'resort' was like. The pool was filthy. The BBQ looked like... More

We do recall your booking, and would like to dispute some of your recollections. You did come to the office to advise us of the BBQ, which had been used by a group earlier that day, and it was literally about to be cleaned. The swimming pool is closed till the warmer months. The suggestion of disputed gender is outrageous... More

After being charged $100 per night for 2 nights, 2 adults, we arrived at koala park resort and were not impressed with the small room. It had a double bed, set of bunk beds, bar fridge and a tv the size of a laptop screen almost impossible to see from the bed. Amazing that they could cram so much into... More

Myself and my family stayed here..I called to book to be told 170 for byo .. ummm , okay or 220 for them to supply. I chose them to supply .. but supply what exactly?? The stench of sewerage was gut churning.. a toaster with no cutlery or plates .. 1 light bulb in a lamp, the tiny fridge wasnt... More

We are very concerned about your comments regarding your stay, and only wish that these issues had been brought to our attention whilst you were here, so we could have provided a resolution. There evidently was a sewerage problem with a neighbouring property, and of course these things never happen at a good time! With regards to the tariff, based... More

This is a motel and not remotely a 'resort' in my opinion. 'Resort' is quite the stretch in terminology here. It was so basic, so do not expect anything more than a small outdated room. It looks like their marketing pictures were taken some time ago. Odd things are that there is a toaster and yet no plates or cutlery... More

very good value of money on phillip island. exceptionally big room and the beds were so comfy. Trees around the lodges and very peaceful and quiet during the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

We had fun staying here overnight with our sons and their girlfriends. We all bundled into a family suite with bunk beds for the kids and a double bed for my husband and me in the front room. We had to go through the bunk bed room to get to the bathroom but didn't mind. This motel is right across... More

We stayed at the busiest time of year and because of the location you would not have even noticed. Very friendly people and they looked after us well. Perfect location as you are in between everything. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

We decided to stay at Phillip Island this Xmas brake, and one of the first things you think of is the cost of good, clean accommodation. How much is it going to cost us? Well we found a little gem, well priced and clean that we all loved. They had a pool that the children used and a BBQ area that... More
