Booked this weekend after viewing the website, arrived and discovered what a joke! Dirty rooms rusty staircases and paint peeling off the walls! Even the safety chain on the door was missing!! I will never stay there again and recommend that others avoid as well!! Pay the extra few $ and stay in a decent place! Oh and not to... More

Accommodation not dirty, just old. Nothing apart from refurbishment will change it. To place people on the second floor when few guests in house and expect them to carry their own breakfast tray up (two trips or two people required) is just not acceptable We opted to have breakfast in the bar but hardly as appealing as on the balcony... Great view but, that's it. Run down, overpriced and unloved. Beds are saggy and small. No hand towels. You have to collect your breakfast from reception and carry a huge try up the two flights of stairs yourself. Then go back and get the toaster and milk and do it all again. Really? Yes really. Critters running around the roof... More

The overall hotel is quite good with a clean room but not very modern. There were some bad points. After coming back from the shops at around 9.30pm, there weren't any carpark a in the first carpark so we drove around to the second "carpark" this was a grass lot with wild rabbits running around and no other cars in... Sadly no heaters and lacking adequate blankets. Cold winds blew into the room. Luckily we had extra clothing to sleep in. Hand basins in the hallway. The location was fabulous. Disappointing. Breakfast in the dining room was OK.

Ok, so, please do not think that the pictures on the Internet are anything like the actual hotel or it's rooms.....I'm wondering of it's actually false advertising and feel deeply sad for any new bride and groom who may have booked their honeymoon here going by the pictures on the Internet. This place was gross.....the rooms are so outdated it's... More

This place has so much potential. Right on the beachfront, in town, this hotel should be the place to be. Unfortunately it has been let go. The room was clean and the carpet and furniture were not all that old. However the outside makes this place look haggard and old. The room suited our needs as it had 2 double... More

Ok I have mixed reviews on my recent stay here. Our room had Two double beds which was great as a girlfriend and i were sharing a room, our beds and pillows were comfortable and there were spare blankets in the cupboard. There were all the basic amenities which was good as we had ironing to do. We had a... More

Just missing the cast! In saying that I found the staff especially Stevie, were as helpful as possible. On arrival we had no hot water. We were told to run the taps for 15 minutes. Still none. Some other guests said we could shower in thier room but they then found they had no hot water either. The boss later... More

This property is rated 3 star, it doesnt even come close. Front door has chunk missing from being broken into and inside security chain was not there, not a great look to make you feel secure. The door handle / lock was flimsy so I didnt feel safe sleeping or to go out and leave my valuables in the room.... More
