We are return customers who love coming to this beautiful part of the world. The dog friendly park is perfectly situated overlooking Western Port Bay. It is a lesiurely 10 minutes stroll on the beach to town. Great spot for a swim or a SUP. Staff are so very friendly & informative. We will be back & you will not... More

We had our maiden voyage in our new Jayco StarCraft and pre-booked and pre-paid well in advance of February 20th. We stayed 3 nights. Our site was a disappointment..it was sloped and had lots of tanbark/mulch, unshaded and was also on a busy corner. Temperature was in the high 30sC. We could not completely level it and wanted another site... More

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard cabin at this caravan park in February 2015. On arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with telling us about the park's facilities as well as local attractions, providing maps for both. The cabin was a standard which has a double bed, not queen. This was explained to me via email... More

Sleep spoilt by arrival of many "whizz bang" vans of asian tourists arriving at 10.30 pm, after the local Penguin parade. This happened to us us on two nights out of six. Much noise continued until after midnite when all were finally fed and ready for bed. Both days these people left next morning at around 7.30 am, so no... More

Thank you for your feedback. We have 24 hour caretaker on the premises that does security checks (walks) during the evening till late. I have checked the night security register and there were no incidents of noisy behaviour for the time you were here. The Chinese Motorhome group, of which you complain about, were probably just very excited about being... More

Have stayed at Cowes Caravan Park on a number of occasions and believe it to be a high quality park with location on the beach its major asset. It is also pet friendly and this alone has enabled my wife and I to meet many new friends. The only negative I have with this park is it can be a... More

Our family have been spending our Christmas holidays at this Park for some 12 years straight, same site, same time each year! We have a site right on the beach front with spectacular views. The Management are welcoming and the facilities are generally kept clean and tidy despite the volume of campers this time of the year. the foreshore is... More

We stayed in a very comfortable, clean 2 bedroom deluxe cabin. The location is close to shops, beach at one end of the park and facilities to suit all kinds of holiday-makers. Staff are welcoming and offer helpful advice on activities and places of interest. We discovered Phillip Island's spectacular views, beach activities, fascinating historical locations, rural and marine environments.... More

This is a overdue review. We stayed in a 2 bedroom aircon cabin in Dec 2013. It was clean and equipped with the essential utensils (we brought some from home too!). We managed to cook several meals in the kitchen. We didn't to use the aircon because it was very cold during our visit. Wifi is not too fantastic. There... More

The staff were really friendly and helpful on check in, giving you lots of ideas about stuff to do on Philip Island. The facilities are very clean. The campsite in right on the beach with private access tracks. The only downside is the campsite does seem to get quite busy so you do feel slightly crammed in, but even busy... More
