The hostel was very nice for the price we've paid. Beds were confortable, clean bed sheets, toilets and showers work perfectly. When we were there it was not noisy either. The space for meals is alright too, the kitchen is fully equipped and the hostel offers self service breakfast. Only problem is there is no wifi.

We stayed for one night in a twin share room. We were three people in one room and shared the bathroom and the kitchen with another couple. The room had two really old beds in it and it smelled as if nobody had ever opened a window before. The matresses were really worn out and the rest of the furniture... More

This is a chilled out little hostel. We stayed for a night in a dorm room. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, just a fan so it would be an uncomfortable nights sleep if it was a hot day. The hostel itself is pretty cosy with a nice communal area and free wifi. We found the staff very friendly and... More

very bad receptionist and service!! the receptionist rejected to give us a receipt! and we have 5 people, the receptionist only gave us one key, refused to give us one more! In addition, the receptionist just come inside our room to collect the sheets without getting our permission or informing us in advance at 9am!! I am changing my clothes,... More

Husband and I stayed here both are 41 years. We were on a road trip and finding accommodation as we ambled along. Excellent location with wonderful views. We had a private double room with our own ensuite. Our room opened up to a family style room with a kitchen table and small kitchenette. There were a couple of kitchens, one... More

Boyfriend & I stayed in the cottage where we had a private room. We checked in at 7pm and the guy was friendly. Since there was only another group of 3 guys staying in the cottage, we practically had the facilities all to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The toilet & laundry area was clean too! Our... More

This place is best avoided frankly. I'm no stranger to hostels and backpacker lodges, but this honestly may be the worst place I've stayed in on my travels. To be fair, I think it's the least expensive place in the area, but they should not charge the amount they do for the room I stayed in. To begin, check-in was... More

This place needs some tlc - desperately! We stayed in the 'private with shared bathroom' house, which is seperate to the main accommodation. There were 8 people in this 'shared house', with capacity up to 9...and there is one toilet and one shower. Need I say more? Possibly not, but I will: The house hasn't seen a renovator/decorator/handyman in many... More

We booked a double room for 1 night while visiting GOR. Upon arrival the owner said that we will stay in a different house, that consisted of 3 bedrooms with 1 big living room. The house was very basic, but it had everything you need, bed, clean shower, kitchen, breakfast.

This was a nice place to spend a break from Melbourne and I ended up booking 3 additional nights here. The room was clean, there was a good mix of people and although the location is a bit far from the beach, the water is a reasonably short walk away and you get a nice impression of the landscape around...
