My parter and I stayed here over night in the 'Loft'. The room was super cosy and well kept. TV in rooms, enough towels and essentials. The only downside is there is no kitchen/utensils - so be prepared to bring some if you need. Otherwise, very impressed! Recommended for sure :)

Fabulous location, comfortable bed, modern, spacious bathroom, friendly staff and breakfast thrown in. Best poached eggs I've enjoyed in a long time. What more could we ask for. They also provide laptops and printer for guest use as well as Foxtel and dvd's to borrow. We would certainly stay again if we were to revisit this region

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The HUGE bath in the middle of the room was fantastic, location was perfect (walking distance to restaurants etc), breakfast buffet was delicious, hotel room was pure luxury, staff were friendly... absolutely perfect. Will be back for sure!

3 of us stayed in The Loft, a really well appointed villa on 2 levels with 2 proper double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. The standard of decor, fixtures and fittings and cleanliness was first class, plus there are cool touches like a sensor light which comes on if you use the stairs at night and heat lamps in... More

As this was booked through our travel agent, we weren't expecting such a large and well-appointed room when we pulled in. We stayed in one of the Terrace rooms. Although not one of the most luxurious units, definitely lovely and large. The bathroom had a shower only but it was still very spacious and new. The bedroom area had two... More

We only stayed for the one night in the Captains Cottage but wished it was longer. Its a lovely spacious room with a very comfy double bed a large double walk in shower and twin basin bathroom. The breakfast was very nice with eggs and bacon cooked to your preference.

We spent 2 nights in one of the Terrace rooms, it was a spacious room with a small outside seating area. Although there are no views the hotel is one street back from the Great Ocean Road and restaurants. The breakfast was very tasty especially the scrambled eggs that were cooked to perfection. There are laundry and drying facilities (that... More

We arrived fairly late in the evening about an hour or so before dinner. We found the room to be modern, clean and comfortable. We reserved the Captains Cottage. It was a pretty large room with a good sized shower that worked well. Beds were comfortable and the fireplace was nice, given it was a bit cool in the evening.... More

My wife and I stayed one night here on our trip along the Great Ocean Road. We greeted at reception by a very friendly and helpful person. Our room was on the SE end of the Bridge, top floor. The room was large with a couch and bed and a great large modern tub. The bathroom was behind a wall... More

Stayed for 2 nights on our trip down the great ocean road. Our bridge room was lovely and well equipped. Would have been helpful to have a map on our first night, but found them the next morning. Breakfast was the downside for us, with no menu and the coffee machines needing refilling every time I went to use them.... More
