We spent one night at Tidelines in the Villa accommodation. It is a compact one bedroom, spotlessly clean self contained unit. Whilst small it has all the comforts of home with the addition of superb ocean views. The property is immaculate with beautiful gardens. Nothing is too much trouble for friendly host Sandy who is a fountain of knowledge and... More

What a great place to stay this is. Lovely comfortable cottage, perfect spot, and the best host in the business. Sandy is wonderful, and makes a holiday feel like home. You would have to go a long way to find better than this.

We stayed in the very comfortable studio and if you like quirky, clean, friendly, welcoming, home-away-from-home, then this is the place to stay. Sandy is a great host and could not do enough for us (thank you Sandy for a lovely visit).

A great self contained cottage by the sea with everything you need, including laundry facilities. Cosy and warm and a very comfortable bed and pillows. The property is well maintained and the gardens are immaculately kept. Sandy was very welcoming and friendly and had very helpful advice on the local area. We even got to see 6 penguins down on... My husband and I stayed 1 night at cottage room of Tidelines of Bicheno in Sept 2014. The room is big, super clean and has everything you need. 5 min walk to town center and we were luckily enough to see the lithe penguins in front of the sea life center restaurant. Sandy is very kind and she even sent... More

I needed somewhere to stay the night & the lovely owner Sandy & dog Buddy greeted me. The rooms are immaculate, cozy & most comfy bed & bedding I've had on my Tassie trip. Highly recommend this place. Extremely homely & great location too. Can't say one bad thing about it! Could have easily stayed a week

Ideal location 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Fantastic hosts who care about their establishment. We stayed in the "cottage". Well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Well fitted out and furnished including 2 recliners. Comfortable modern with beautiful timber and stone work. We only stayed a night but this is large enough and suitably equipped for a week... My son and his girlfriend stayed here for two nights to celebrate his birthday. He was very impressed with the cottage and also Sandy. As they were getting there a bit late in the day she had gone in and put the heater on and turned the light on for them. She was extremely helpful.Perfectly positioned and so easy to get... More

Stayed for 1 night, April 19-20. Reserved the Villa room online at the nightly rate of $139 AUD. My wife and I arrived at Bicheno in the afternoon and drove up to our assigned room. Upon making our reservation, we received a detailed e-mail with instructions on accessing the property and locating our room. We were disappointed not to see... More

We stayed 4 nights in "The Cottage". This is a wonderful, cosy (but spacious) cottage, set in beautiful gardens, full of character with its timber linings, exposed beams & internal stone-work - and even with a limited distant view of the ocean. Tidelines is well located, across from the bay and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The... More
