stayed a night here in February in one of the log cabins as sleeping in a tent is not an option for me. The cabin was a nice little one bedroom thing with a good sized kitchen and pretty good sized bathroom. Make sure you take a walk around the property and you will see heaps of animals- wallabies, kangaroos,... More

We stayed here for four nights and reallyed enjoyed this family owned and operated caravan park. Great amenities, friendly staff, very clean and literally 10 minutes from Flinders Chase National Park. Additionally the owners have opened up their property to campers to offer a couple of lovely little walks with ample wildlife.

KI itself is wonderful, and this campsite being in the western half is surrounded in nature - wallabies, kangaroos, bird life, etc etc, but the facilities are extremely limited, and for that reason i wouldnt stay again. the woman at the front desk was unhelpful and borderline rude - NO ICE FOR YOU! there must of been 100 people at... We stayed in in very nice (almost new) cabin. Cabin's are wonderful, with a veranda, heating and TV. The Caravan park is very close to the visitor center (were you can have coffee and a meal) and the national park. As you are close by you can visit the Remarkable Rocks when no one is there. An hour after arriving,... More

We camped here in 2 tents for 4 nights with the family in December. What a super place and all the wildlife at your door - kangaroos, ducks, koala, etc. We were wild camping but we VG facilities - all kept well, also very clean. The kids really enjoyed - what more could you ask for.

My first camping in a caravan park was a huge hit. Wildlife galore and the weather was perfect (post xmas, pre-New Year). The fact that i could take hot showers and it had toilets that flushed with a couple of laundry facilities and camp kitchen is why it was not true camping but GLamourus CAMPING. it was a great experience... Stayed for a week with 2 families, beautiful place but facilities were poor. 2 amenity blocks with 4 toilets and showers were dirty and only serviced once a day. The park is for sale and obviously the staff are over it as customer service was non existing

Lovely shady caravan park & camping ground, clean facilities, good sized campsites for all types from tents to RVs. Kangaroos roam freely along with the Cape Barren Geese and ducks. Quite close to Flinders Chase National Park and other attractions on the South and West coast. Shop before you get there. There are also fully equipped modern cabins. there are... More

If you are new to caravan parks - the tourist type, without residents - this would be attractive. The facilities are good and the sites generous, with a mixture of grassed and ungrassed powered sites, plenty of camping space and apparently clean, well appointed cabins. The camp kitchen was well equipped and out of the weather. The tariff was surprisingly... More
