My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Nautilus in a one-bedroom apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady who welcomed us at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful and we were able to check-in about an hour early. The room (number 51) was nice if slightly dated, but it was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen... More

I stayed in this resort on March 18th 2015. the resort is located in the best area, a few steps from the beach, restaurants, the surf club is a few steps from the resort. The swimming pool is amazing , the spa is niceee BUT the room was extremely old. I stayed in the apartment with 2 tiny bedrooms and... More

Thanks Ibarita for taking the time to write your review of the Nautilus, and in particular the room. As we speak, a mini makeover of the room is taking place, including new carpets, curtains and a full repaint. This room will look fresh and new once again, by end of week. We always appreciate our guest's feedback. We believe Nautilus... More

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly helpful receptionist. Easy book in, secure underground car park just around corner. 2 bed apartment was very clean and well laid out design. Sun drenched balcony overlooking residential road. 5 minutes from glorious Mooloolaba beach and Underwater World. Pool is on the small side so could perhaps benefit from increasing the size. Esplanade... More

Excellent position within easy walk to Underwater world at the Wharf ,restaurants and the beach. Room was small but nice and fully self contained with comfy beds. Pool area was good. Overall not a bad place to stay for the price.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the first was in a one bedroom on the top floor, which we thought was quite spacious and clean on arrival, we returned on the weekend of the Cyclone, we had booked a two bedroom apartment for four adults, we were offered room 34 on level three, the fans... We do appreciate your feedback. The Nautilus is as you aware, primarily a family resort specialising in Mum, Dad and the kids. We have two x2 bedroom units in the resort with 2 queen size beds, the rest are 1 queen size plus two single beds. You are correct in stating that Unit 34 is small. We will endeavour to... More

Discover Qld booked for us, promising beach view if available. Got there to find they're not near a beach!! Receptionist said they had had quite a few other complaints, same thing, and she was upset with Discover Queensland. When l rang Discover Qld, the previous cheerful salesgirl became irritated and rude, blaming me for not ringing sooner (it was Christmas... More

We do appreciate you taking the time to make the comment. It is disappointing to learn your visit to Nautilus on this occasion was not as successful as you hoped. Discover Queensland are an excellent company to deal with. We will reaffirm with them the position of our complex as being overlooking the river and marina, and that we are... More

Our stay for a week after New Year was very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool which was very accessible for the kids to swim and never too many others there. The room had a few faults ie. fans not working in one room and a leaking fridge but the staff were very quick and responsive to fix. Jenny in particular... More

The Nautulis is fantastic value for money. It is in a great location, close to Mooloolaba Main Beach, the wharf and Underwater World, Main Street shops and public transport (including local buses to Sunshine Coast Airport). The pool is a lovely place to relax, the staff are very friendly and always happy to help and the rooms are clean and... More
