This is our second stay at the Peninsular Beach Front Apartments and found it just as pleasant as the first time we stayed. If your into 5 star plus resorts it’s likely not for you but if you want somewhere that is well appointed and has all the amenities you need for a family holiday in a fantastic location, this... Wow - just brilliant - We stayed at the Peninsular as a family group in October on the 9th Level in a Penthouse Apartment. Fantastic Location with great ocean views and within walking distance of all conveniences. Exceptional room with your own top roof deck, BBQ and private spa, and views for miles - out front over the ocean and... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom executive unit in October and was disappointed, was in need of a good make over, the kitchen being the most modern thing in the whole unit. Cleanliness wasn't the best either. Definitely not what I expected from the ratings and price. Is in a great location though.

Really good staff, facilities and location with a top beach and restaurants at your door. Would suggest trying to get above 5th floor to avoid traffic and street noise. Stayed in unit 73 on n/e corner and listened to exhaust fans from pizza shop all day and night (this was an upgrade?). Otherwise all good and a terrific destination to... More

We stayed at the Peninsular as part of a family group with two units on the third floor. Ours was a one bedroom unit with a slightly limited ocean view. We loved our unit which was comfortable and bright, well equipped, and the staff of the Peninsular were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The restaurants and cafes... More

Positives: location fantastic, check in process easy and quick, great ocean views, all conveniences within walking distances. Negatives: 1. we were on floor 4 - very noisy from restaraunts below. Can hear people talking until all hours and then setup for next day starts at 4.30am. Chairs and tables being dragged around, delivery trucks arriving. Suggestion - Maybe double glazed... More

Stayed here for the Mooloolaba half ironman. Great location for the event with the race starting right out the front. We stayed on the floor between ground and 1st floor and had a massive patio with full sized BBQ. Lots of restaurants down stairs so can get a bit noisy at night. Apartment had everything we needed and was spacious.... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a few days and absolutely loved it. Plenty big enough for the 4 of us and was well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Our unit was right over the top of the Coffee Club and so close to the beach that we felt we were on the sand! Had a... More

Recently returned from a girls' weekend at Mooloolaba, we spent 3 nights at the Peninsular. This is the second time we have stayed here. Location is perfect, close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and the beach. The staff are very welcoming and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which gave us oodles of space. The apartment was ocean... More

Recently spent two nights at the Peninsular in Mooloolaba. Pros: great location on the Elplanade, close to several great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and patrolled beach. Cons: parking underground was an adventure (get a map when you check in), loud parties on the balconies one night (up until 3:30). The hotel room was a good size. I'd ask for an... More
