This short break was booked 3 WEEKS in advance. When we arrived , we were told " that we had been DOUBLE BOOKED." We booked a penthouse room , and were offered a different room , with free BREAKFAST VOUCHERS as COMPENSATION. The vouchers were already hand written and thrust at us. stayed at the excellsior with my wife for 5 nights in mid november & our apartment was equipped with everything you could think of including full kitchen (fridge/freezer,microwave,cooker/oven,toaster),cable tv in living room & bedroom,washing machine & dryer,air conditioning,ceiling fans,dvd player. there is also undercover security parking available & a BBQ area together with a small swimming pool.the apartments look out... more
