Booked 2 apartments for 10 people, was allocated refurnished units at third floor. 3 bedroom was a corner unit with no form of views except from the balcony. New fridge is definitely needed in 306, a layer of dust on the bedside table in the main room too. Other than that, it is centrally located with beautiful views from balcony....

Paid big bucks for a 3 bed apartment. Needed central position as one of our party elderly. Apartment is getting shabby. Needs newer dishwasher and other appliances. Why was there polystyrene bits all over the hallways? Love how handy it is, but disappointed by the unit.

Booked unit 706 through GQ Property Group who were so helpful and informative about all the units in various resorts that they had on offer. Booking process was efficient, easy and followed through with confirmation letters.
Unit was fairly clean and had the bonus of 3 balconies so you could always find a sunny spot to read. View fantastic.

negatives: needed a clean, better vacuum when we got in, terribly dirty interior in skylight wells in the middle, constrution in room 205 below us at ridiculous hours on the night, complained to reception at 11.30pm one night, then 6am next morning, then 10.30 pm another nights and 11.15pm another night....
