We recently enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Landmark Resort. On arrival we were very happy to find a nice, bright, modern studio apartment on the 7th floor. It was spotlessly clean. We had a walk-in shower (as requested) with great consistent pressure. The large bed was very comfortable. We had a large screen TV, which could be viewed in bed... More

Centrally located with heaps of restaurants within walking distance from resort. Reception staff are very friendly. Had a good view of the water but did not use any of the facilities like the pool or gym. Pleased to receive vouchers for a couple of local eateries giving discounts which was nice.

Perfect location. A hop skip and a jump to the beach with an amazing view from the balcony. All you need at your door step e.g cafe, restaurant, shops. Was a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. Was generally clean but could have done with a little more cleaning. Especially for the price. The room had everything you... More

Well this is not our first time we have stayed at Landmark - infact it has now has been over a dozen times and our belief is when you are onto a good thing stick to it. We stayed at a Studio which had a sofa bed queen size which takes 2 - total of four people. This is so... More

I have stayed a few times at the Landmark now and been very happy with everything. The fact that you can just walk out to the beach, coffee shops & shops and even our partial view is wonderful. Will be back!

Being winter a highlight for us on a sunny day was to lie around the sheltered heated swimming pool - very relaxing. For us, a couple, the room was ideal. Large fridge, cooktop, microwave, and all the other self sufficient apartment bits and pieces. Partial ocean view. At $150 per night for the room we considered it very good value.... More

You've got to get past some of the barriers by telephone reception when organising a late arrival but then everything else including the rest of the staff are excellent. I would definitely recommend the resort to other's. I fully intend to stay there again when I visit the Sunshine Coast.

Had a great week in Mooloolaba. Family of 5 with 3 kids, 5, 6, 7 had a 3 bedroom apartment. Fairly small especially the living area and kitchen. But did have a great view and large balcony. Hotel itself is in a perfect location. Such easy access to the beach and restaurants. Beach is just divine and lots of hours... More

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment. It was nice, but perhaps a little... cramped. The bedroom were fine, but the lounge room was tight. There was a six-seater table up against a wall, but it was way too heavy to move it, which meant only four people could sit at it at one time. The furnishings were nice, comfy... More

Overall great location, wonderful view and good facilities. Living area in 3 bedroom unit slightly cramped for 4 adults - admittedly 2 had walking aids this trip. Would definitely return as this resort offered close proximity to beach, shops and variety of eateries.
