We have stayed here twice. Firstly in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor - Nice & spacious with 2 bathrooms and a sea view. It was a bit dated from a decor and fittings perspective but the location more than made up for that. The second time we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (1202) on the top... More

Very clean and close to beach and restaurants. However we were on third floor which did not get any view of beach and only of opposite buildings. The rate over Easter was good but would have preferred water views for more cost Lap pool was clean and nice layout

Over the years we've stayed in a number of apartments on Mooloolaba's main strip and by and large they've all been excellent. On the face of it, apartment 1204 should have been the same. It's everything that others have described - modern, light, airy, spacious, superbly positioned, with a view etc. I don't generally write negative reviews, but what spoilt... More

Unit 1204 is one of a few units within Seamark on First which is managed by an off-site booking agent (G1 Holidays) and the agent is not associated with the day-to-day management of Seamark on First, nor does the agent have any interest in the vast majority of Holiday units within the resort which are under the control of the... I booked room 1204 through G1 properties, who manages holiday rentals. The apartment was nice and spacious with open plan living, dinning and kitchen. There was enough bedding for 8 people. The G1 site said that Linen wasn't provided, so we brought our own only to find there was linen provided, which was nice but I wish I knew in... More

Thank you for your review which we appreciate. In response to your husbands concern in relation to the fire hose reel/fire extinguisher cupboard door we can assure you that the doors on all these cupboards open as intended. The door handle is a fixed (non turnable) handle and is operated as a pull handle - the door opens when the... More

We spent a lovely weekend at Seamark. We were lucky enough to get an apartment on Level 9 with a fabulous view to the ocean. Seamark is in a great spot that is within walking distance to shops, patrolled beach, bars, cafes etc. The only time we got our car out was to drive to Sunshine Plaza for MORE shopping!... More

The hotel is in a fantastic location with only a short walk to beach shops and supermarket. Perfect if you simply wanted to stay in Mooloolaba and didn't have a car. The kids enjoyed the Foxtel at nights, and made full use of the pool and gym. Our apartment had a lovely view of the water. The apartment was spotlessly... More

This is a very nice well positioned hotel. One street back from the ocean, our unit on level 11 had a great view as the building in front is only low rise. Fairly new complex with clean facilities. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was nice and spacious. Definately will be coming back.

Walk to everything which is a Big priority when on a beach holiday .. The apartment is large and we had a glimpse of the sea Furniture and decore is ready for a revamp - bathrooms tired but we had a great time and were comfortable... 200 a night is ok for this location so no regrets!
