Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Full kitchen and lounge upstairs for use. I stayed in a share bathroom room and it was fine. Great for a budget hotel. Near all the good restaurants too.. all walking distance away. Would stay here again.

I like staying in religious affiliated accommodation as you are made to feel welcome and wanted. This place is no exception. Whilst dated, it is clean and comfortable, and great value for money. Excellent option if needing to stay close to hospital or attending conference at UNSW. Bus stop nearby. Will return.

Not flash by any means. But it's affordable, freshly painted, very clean, quiet and very close to the bus stop and all of the Belmore Road and 'The Spot' restaurants in Randwick. I wouldn't recommend it as a holiday destination, far from it, but for the market it caters to it hits the mark. Expect something from early last century... More

I always stay here when I'm in a Sydney for work. It is friendly, warm, comfortable accommodation. And I don't think there is anything else this standard for such a cheap price. Trust me, I've tried them all. The staff are lovely, always polite and helpful. The place is freshly painted and always clean. It's a well maintained heritage building... More

Having read the previous very negative review, I'm not sure if I stayed at the same place. All the staff I interacted with were very courteous and helpful, and while the accommodations were not as spotless as one might expect at a higher end place, it is quite a deal for the middle of Sydney. The Centre really is in... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and our room was never serviced, we had a thing called half service which involves refilling your coffee n tea and a couple of milk. We had towels when we arrived and as there is a pool we thought we would have a swim but not knowing those are the only towels we could... More

First time stay. Very old but clean & no city noise whatsoever. Swimming pool. Bus stop at front to city, restaurants 5 min walk, shopping groceries etc 10 min walk. Coogee beach 5 min drive. Need to get there early tho for parking. Will stay here definitely again.. Complimentary continental breakfast included. Staff very courteous.

This must be the 5th time we have stayed ar the Centre and I believe that 4 out of 5 times the staff have lost our booking and don't have us listed. We keep hoping things will be better because the place is conveniently placed near buses and shops and supermarket etc, and near the Childrens Hospital. We had booked... More

I stayed recently for a course in one bedroom with an ensuite, I had lovely views in my room and it was adequate. One thing that stood out was the single room was extremely small but that may have been my luck as all the rooms varied in size, if you are a tall person I would recommend to pay... More

Enjoying a 6-day holiday in Sydney. We stayed at The Centre in Randwick for 5 nights. It is a historical great building with very basic accommodation. We stayed in Room 35, which is on the second level. The room was a good size for the two of us with a comfortable bed and clean. The bathroom is quite spacious with... More
