Great welcome and very easy check in. Room in perfect state of cleanliness and décor. The restaurant was so good we didn't get out that night, just stayed over and enjoyed drinks at the bar beforehand. Beautiful surroundings so went out for a walk after dinner. Wish the weather had been better to enjoy the great outdoor pool.

The location is fantastic and the service was great. The grounds are large and interesting enough to enjoy a leisurely walk if desired. The building itself is quite old but is adequately maintained. A short drive from the main attractions in Leura and Katoomba. The restaurants were great.

Beautiful views of the valley. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet. Lovely furnishings and very modern. Friendly and helpful staff. A few restaurants on site to choose from. A very popular place. Next door to Leura golf club.

The hotel had obviously ups and downs during it's long history and proved to be a great starting point to explore the blue mountains. The staff is exceptionally friendly and competent and the hotel offers feat recognition for elite status. The place is very children friendly. Quality of the food is unfortunately not at level with the rest of the... More

Have aimed to stay at this resort for some years, so when the opportunity arose I was very pleased. Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed. I expect 4 and 5 star resort staff to be polished and very professional, I expect everything to be clean, I expect carpets, woodwork and glass doors to be spotless. This was not the case last... I was hoping for so much more, the food was lovely and the staff all friendly, the view in the morning from breakfast was beautiful but the hotel needs a lot of work. The children's play area is held together with ducktape and the rooms needed work. The cupboards hadn't been hoovered under for a while and it just left... More

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for my sister's birthday, with my 20-month-old nephew in tow. I was disappointed. Although most reviews say it is family-friendly, I beg to differ. If you drive and have a pram, prepare for a struggle. There is hardly anywhere to park, and this became worse throughout the weekend. There is a kid's... More

Accommodation great, some rooms quite a distance from the main reception but ok if you like a walk. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch fantastic. Great variety and a great view! Conference facilities spacious, well ventilated. Would definitely recommend it for business.

The views are good. The room is good but the place looks worn out we stayed in the same floor where the pools are so was quiet noisy and there was water on the floor and one guest warned us that he had slipped in the water spilled near the elevators and inside. The restaurant which was supposed to be... More

If you are a couple looking for a relaxing place to stay this is not for you. It is heavily geared towards people with small kids. The hotel itself is very nice and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice views from the restaurant but there was no quiet bar area where you could relax. Lovely pool area but... More
