My stay at The Chalet was very relaxing and comfortable. Everything I needed for a relaxing break was supplied. I had the worst weather and yet I enjoyed my stay immensely and my two dogs were also so relaxed which I've never seen before. I highly recommend The Chalet for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It's lovely also as they... More

We are delighted to hear that you had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Bygone Beautys Cottages. Devonshire Tea is our specialty in the tearooms, so we are glad that you enjoyed that too. We look forward to seeing you again, hopefully when the sun is shining! More

Our stay in the Chalet was fantastic. The accommodation is first class and the ambiance old-world and memorable. It was a peaceful and enjoyable holiday and we would recommend the experience to anyone, including a visit to the associated Bygone Beautys office and shop in Wentworth Falls where we enjoyed the complimentary Devonshire Tea

We visited Bygone Tea Room after a little hike at Wentworth Falls and before heading onto the Three Sisters. This was just a fantastic little spot to sit, relax, and enjoy some good tea! The cottage is full of hundreds of tea pots which is just fascinating (although a little obsessive!) Take some time to explore the store for the... More

We have been coming to Bygone Beautys for the past 5 years and always stay in the workers cottage. It's situated in wentworth falls over looking the bushland with horses around you. You share the land with a few other cottages, don't seem to see anyone as they are all very private. It's a nice drive from the city where... More

We stayed in the woodsmans cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was very old fashioned but well equiped, with a lovely log burning stove in the living room for those cooler spring evenings. The kitchen was functional with everything you could need, the bathroom could do with a little work but it did its job. The bed although high (step... More

When we arrived we though the old house looked small from the outside but once we entered it opened up into many full size rooms. It was a comfortable place to stay on an estate which we assumed contained other rental houses and even a full Tennis court. Though we took our own food upon entry in the kitchen we... More

My partner and I stayed at "The Chalet", it was a gift to us from his parents. It was our one year anniversary which was supposed to be a special weekend away. We arrived late on Friday night and only had the address for the teahouse and drove around Leura for about 45min before we got in touch with the... More
