What a great place this is.... Staff: All the staff were great, really no complaints at all. The Room: We stayed in a suite with a fireplace and spa. The room was huge, and comfortable, one one down side is the king bed was made up of two singles. The spa just fitted both of us :) The Hotel: This... More

We booked one room too many & were told they could try to resell the room, which they did. When we went to sort account out we were given No refund for the sale of this room & would not even discuss it. I would rather sleep in my car at the local tip than stay at this motel again.... More

This lady booked 2 rooms each for 2 persons for the Friday and Saturday nights via a 3rd party booking site. On her arrival on Friday she was very stressed and pushed in front of other guests who were checking in. Her voice was raised and she was complaining that she had just called the 3rd party site to cancel... More

We stayed here for two nights as a family of 5. The family room was quite dated in decor. Which is a real shame as it would not take much at all to modernise it. It's a great place overall. I would return for sure. However it would be nice if they replaced some furnishings, curtains and linen. Would make... More

We stayed one night & found the room to be clean & comfortable. It was good value & included a full cooked breakfast which was delicious. The only down side was a gutter dripping which kept us awake half the night. The location was excellent with the town centre around the corner & Aldi across the road. a nice walk... More

We come over to this hotel for Yulefest, it is a old hotel with a lot of character. Our room is on the second floor with lovely views to the blue mt valley. Room is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We had very good sleep. We also enjoyed the Yulefest meal very much, with all the Christmas carols, Santa and piano,... More

You can hear everything in the next room. Walls were paper thin. It reminded of Faulty Towers, I was waiting for Basil to appear. Shower wouldn't drain, room not very clean, linen very old, furnishings and carpeting very badly need replacing. Not a pleasant stay at all.

We stayed the one night and it suited us well. The Common Ground Cafe is just next door, and it is a great spot for a meal. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It is about 1km to the three sisters, and you can park for free at their sister hotel, which saves the exorbitant... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Motel. The room was modest, maybe a little crowded because of an extra bed, but it was nice to have a table and chairs, kitchenette along with free breakfast included in the room rate. Windows that open to catch the fresh mountain air were a nice touch, too. It was clean and the... More

Awful. From the unbelievably arrogant owner to the carpet that looked about as old as the 3 sisters. Only up side was the breakfast food and the staff at breakfast. I questioned the cleanliness and basic tired decor of the near 3rd world room only to have the owner I was lying 'champ'. Arrogant Neville!
