I have stayed here several times. It is about 2km from the centre of Katoomba. It is quiet despite being close to the Gt Western Highway. The rooms are a standard motel room. It's located about two kilometers from town, within sight of Route 32, the Great Western Highway from Sydney, but not actually on it.
