We arrived at the Belgravia Mountain Guest Lodge and the checking in was a breeze (albeit that it was at La Maison next door). The staff were great. I liked the fact that this was (seemed to be) a restored older house. We spent two nights here. The Wi-Fi was okay but there were a lot o drop outs. The... More

Old, but clean property and rooms. Friendly staff. The location is excellent being 10 mins walk to the 3 sisters. One fairly major issue is that the walls appear to be paper thin. When someone in next room is talking or doing anything, it sounds like they are in the room with with you. As others have also said, there... More

Was here for two nights. bel gravitas is associated with the Le Maison next door. Room was clean and very basic. Receptionist friendly. I wasn't advised about wifi or breakfast facilities so wandered into town for breakfast. Positive is it's walking distance to Echo Point and the Three Sisters. Positive is is cheap, so you are getting what you paid... More

Why not just call it a guesthouse if there's no breakfast, or offer breakfast like the English B&Bs which is so homely. Don't like being stung for extra cash on arrival for breakfast. Wooden floors and walls so potential to be noisy with other guests, though it wasn't when we stayed. Heater was really hot. Neighbours have a rooster which... More

I stayed here with my teenage daughter. The room was adequately sized and the bathroom is quite well sized. The shower was very weak and I chose to go to Le Maison next door for showers there which were great. The room where you can have breakfast has no sink so you have to wash up in your bathroom. The... It was -1degree when we arrived around 4pm. We were told by a sign on the door to check in next door, the owner seemed nice to offer us an 'upgrade' to a room in the adjoining hotel. I recall researching both places and I chose the guest house. So thats the room I wanted. He showed us the room... More

Agree with the previous review. At $75-85 per night, I have yet to find anything near that price, (at this standard), in the Blue Mountains. (Most others charge $125-150 pnight and minimum 2 night stay). The rooms have a real "mountains charm" - minus the 1930-40's decor of many of the local guesthouses. Think "ski lodge" without the snow and... More

This guest house is perfect for those on a budget who don't want to compromise cleanliness or service. The staff a superb and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are small and, yes you can hear people moving around the hallway, but comfortable and clean. Perfect if you are spending your days exploring and just need a nice cosy... More

This place is more like a "Frat" house than a guest house. Any noise that anyone else makes comes straight through the walls. I arrived on a day when it was 31 degrees outside. The room didn't even have a fan, let alone an air conditioner. The bed had no bedspread, just a white sheet covering some blankets. The shower... More
