Door to room jammed, remote to TV didn't work, tried to charge me credit card fees although paid by debit card. Bed barely comfortable not worth $154.00 AUD per night. Walls very thin, could near neighbours like they were in your room.

Highly recommend Belgravia House for a group booking. We were a group of 4 couples. All rooms are comfy and have new ensuites. There is a big kitchen and the house has a spacious lounge and dining area. There is very quiet ducted air con throughout the house and each room has individual controls. Plenty of parking on the grounds. Ron is a very friendly and hospitable host making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year. Thanks Ron

I’ve sent a booking request on Feb 3 to stay for the Easter long weekend and was told that the place is available hence I asked to book the entire place. Kept on sending emails asking for confirmation of my booking. Stayz sent me an email stating that they have booked it for me. Still no confirmation from the owner. I rang the place on Mar 5 to check that I have the booking and found out that they don’t have my booking and the place is no longer available. I guess the only good thing is I found out before we were due to arrive otherwise we would have shown up with no accommodations. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone!

. Room was very small. Ok We understood that due to Covid - 19 no buffet breakfast, A measly $4.00 / person of the price for no breakfast. No tea/ coffee facility provided in Room OR common lounge room. They are packs, covid safe! No milk on small 1-200ml bottles or serve size uht provided either. Box Fire place in Common room, incredibly badly flued. I had to take the quilt ( not required due to Oil heater left on all stay) out of the chest and stuff it up against the to big gap under the door of the room, to block the smoke from the fireplace chocking me and making my eyes sting. Told we would have to provide our own food..... But there was a fridge, microwave. toaster in common shared space, but again no crockery (flat wear) or cutlery provided to eat it of or with, in common meal room or private room. no place to wash it up and return it to storage cupboards either. Same issue for the Kettle we found on day 3 in the cupboard under the en suite sink! After all that, inside of en suite door and window frame bare wood, no match to the lovely other side of the door. little stuff , but still not up to par. No I'm NOT a "Karen" just expect good service and facilities as we have found in so very many other B&B's this place just doesn't measure up at all.

The room was tiny, the ensuite door hit the bed when it was opened. It was a double room that only had one chair at the table. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were a choice of either flat so you didn't feel like you were using a pillow or extremely lumpy. In the kitchen area there was a fridge and a microwave, not sink. I called the day before our check in date to ask if there were fridges in the rooms and was told there was, guess what, there wasn't. We had to go next door to register and pick up our keys and also for breakfast and basically anything else we wanted. We went to have a drink in the bar and that was attended by the check in clerk, so gave that up as a lost cause and went elsewhere. I have never stayed in a 'guest house' before and won't be doing so again. We were booked in for 3 nights and left after 2 as we simply couldn't stand staying there any longer.

We had a wonderful time at this place, very neat and tidy, family friendly and quite warm when the fire place is going. So close to Three Sisters viewpoint. Professional staff with good knowledge about the area. Definitely coming back again.

Thanks for your review of Belgravia Mountain Guest House. We're so happy that you found Belgravia a lovely place to stay. We have done quite a few things to make Belgravia even better. It's lovely in the wintertime with the fire going. The log fire adds to the cosy atmosphere of the guest house. We hope you come back and stay with us Donata966. We'd love to have you back. Have a great day!

We stayed here for 2 days. It is a basic accommodation with free continental breakfast. Although service is good, facilities are pathetic! Wifi is unsecured and does not connect! No staff member can help you with that. Room is very cramped. Check in and out are quick. The hotel is within walking distance from tourist attractions - Echo Point and Three Sisters.

Very ordinary room. No air con or electric blankets, which is a necessity for the Blue Mountains. You hear noises through the paper thin walls. The next room's bathroom must have been near our bedhead as we heard them flushing the toilet often during the night. And also people opening and shutting doors all night. It was an old, small room but clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi didn't work and even though they had heaters in the breakfast room they didn't utilise them and the room was cold. Please pay a little more and stay elsewhere. It's just not worth it.

Thank you for your review for Belgravia Mountain Guest House. We're very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at Belgravia. We do supply our guests with a heater for their room which keeps the room nice and toasty, especially on arrival. We also have a log fire in Belgravia which we also light for arriving guests. I'm not to sure as to why the heaters in the breakfast room were not turned on the morning you had breakfast. Our apologies for those not being turned on. We're glad you took the time to give us feedback. We always learn from the feedback so that we can improve. Thank you again and have a great day!

We had booked a room just for one night as had thought of staying in Katoomba instead of driving back to Sydney the same night. However, the first look of the room made us nervous. The toilet was very small, it was extremely difficult to use commode for a 6ft person. Kettle, mugs with basic cutlery, sugar and tea-coffee pouches were kept in the toilet (in a cupboard under the bathroom sink). Couldn't drink a drop of water when saw the kettle in the toilet. There could have been a better place in the room to set up a kettle. We had booked the place after reading average or mixed reviews,. However, when looked at the place decided to leave the place and drive back to Sydney as it was impossible to stay at such a grimy place. Felt cheated for the money paid.

Thank you for your review of Belgravia Mountain Guest House. We're so very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. It saddens us to know that this is how guests feel about Belgravia. We always want to make sure that all our guests are happy with their accommodation. We have done quite a few renovations at Belgravia which have made the guest house look and feel a whole lot better. In regards to our coffee and tea making facilities, we have now decided to place them in the room itself. We're getting quite a few comments regarding this so we've decided to change all of that for our future guests. We have a good staff of people who make sure our rooms are very clean. We apologise if you found that this wasn't the case. On arrival, we always tell our guests to come and see us if they aren't happy. We want to be available to help our guests with anything they need. If they're not happy, we're not happy, We're always here for them. Again, thank you for your feedback. It's very important to us. Thank you and have a great day!

On arrival all looked good. However the more time we spent the more that was uncovered. The bed linen was unclean, shower was spraying everywhere and we had nowhere to put toiletries while in there, heating in the rooms did not work so very cold nights, fireplace locked so could not use, toilet so close to vanity you had to sit sideways and pillows very flat. The location was handy and we could walk a lot of places so this was a plus. Overall I was left thinking what's next.

Thanks for your review on Belgravia Mountains Guest House. We're very, very sorry that you had a bad stay. The rooms at Belgravia have been upgraded. We now have new carpet and a freshly painted guesthouse both inside and out. Our bed linen is laundered by a professional linen company. I'm sorry that you found it not to be very clean. This is something that our staff will have to keep a closer eye on. This is unacceptable and not very good for you to sleep in. My sincerest apologies for that. I wish that could have been better for you. We are now going to include shower caddies in all of the rooms. Having nowhere to put your toiletries has been something that other guests have also mentioned. When it comes to lighting the fire, we only do that during the winter months. When we do light the fire in the wintertime, only a staff member can light the fire for guests. We're glad that you found it handy to get to different places from Belgravia Mountain Guest House. We're very lucky to be so close to all the major attractions of the Blue Mountains. Again, we'd like to thank you for your feedback. It's very important to us to know how our guests are feeling and what they think we can do better. Thank you and have a great day!
