We regularly come to La Maison for a little get away from Sydney. Rooms are always clean and staff is very kind and always make us feel very welcome. Breakfast is rich and fresh and the whole atmosphere is the house is so warm and pleasant. One of the reasons we always go for La Maison is their beautiful Spa...... More

Driving past we saw the vacancy sign and decided to check it out. The receptionist was very friendly and we chose the Deluxe Queen room. The room was spacious and clean, very close to everything and affordable. A continental breakfast was included in the booking. This was ok for what it is except the coffee is just plain awful! Lots... More

We stayed here on our way to Sydney but this was close to the Blue Mountains which is why we chose this hotel. It had free parking which was great, the hotel room was quite big and it had a fridge but the fridge was very noisy I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The bed was... More

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Australia and we have delayed reviewing it until we have stayed in a few more places. Despite the standard price for a motel, things were not as advertised. There was no WiFi, no restaurant, no bar and the hot tub was closed by the local council! The room itself was OK... More

Don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, place is putrid...even the hot water urn discharged black crap. Free Wifi ..there is NO Wifi despite repeated requests. Most concerning is lack of staff on hand in event of fire.

Been here on two other occasions and found it fantastic however not this time around. There was a sock under our bed and the floor had not been cleaned, the freezer section in the fridge was frosted over and we couldnt fit anything in ,and there was no shampoo. Went to use the spa and the water was so dirty... More

The room was dirty and the furniture filthy. After a second complaint the floor was poorly vacuumed and some dirt cleaned away... Not to be recommended at all. The advertised free WiFi didn't work well, neither did the TV, the room had neither air con nor heater, the ventilation in the bathroom was loud. The location and the patio of... More

One night in Katoomba at La Maison hotel and we left slightly disappointed. Unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros in this case. Pros: - Great location, very close to many tourist attractions - Fresh, crisp linen - Opening windows for the wonderful, natural mountain air - I loved this. Cons: - Main con is the bathroom. The bath was dirty!... More

The building is quite attractive, with several nooks for reading, internet and chatting. There is also a nice garden for enjoying the Blue Mountains air. The motel, generally though is in need of some maintenance and run by one staff member who is receptionist, cleaner, breakfast server etc. Rooms are average. The bed was hard and the pillows likewise. A... More

Thank you for your feedback. We believe our property is good value by market standards - including access to off street undercover parking, spa and sauna. The locating, in walking distance, of the Three Sisters is popular and convenient. More
