An older style and very charming country residence, comfortable and cheery with a very adequate continental breakfast included in room rate. Only negative was the lack of a DVD player in the room which booking.com stated that each room had.

We stayed here for one night in early April while vacationing in the Blue Mountains. Family owned establishment, very friendly and gracious. Clean rooms, hot tub & sauna, refrigerator in room, continental breakfast. They even let us return the evening after we checked out for a pot of tea in the breakfast area to warm up a bit.

From the outside the hotel looks lovely BUT don't let looks deceive you inside is very old and run down badly in need of a refurb. Our room had furnisher from what looked like the 80s, no DVD player or phone available. The room was very dusty and no bath plug for the bath with two soaps too share between... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Love the old world charm. Quiet. The breakfast was continental and was fresh and plenty. Would stay here again. The check in went well . Explained everything we needed to know. Very friendly.

We regularly come to La Maison for a little get away from Sydney. Rooms are always clean and staff is very kind and always make us feel very welcome. Breakfast is rich and fresh and the whole atmosphere is the house is so warm and pleasant. One of the reasons we always go for La Maison is their beautiful Spa...... More

Driving past we saw the vacancy sign and decided to check it out. The receptionist was very friendly and we chose the Deluxe Queen room. The room was spacious and clean, very close to everything and affordable. A continental breakfast was included in the booking. This was ok for what it is except the coffee is just plain awful! Lots... More

We stayed here on our way to Sydney but this was close to the Blue Mountains which is why we chose this hotel. It had free parking which was great, the hotel room was quite big and it had a fridge but the fridge was very noisy I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The bed was... More

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Australia and we have delayed reviewing it until we have stayed in a few more places. Despite the standard price for a motel, things were not as advertised. There was no WiFi, no restaurant, no bar and the hot tub was closed by the local council! The room itself was OK... More

Don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, place is putrid...even the hot water urn discharged black crap. Free Wifi ..there is NO Wifi despite repeated requests. Most concerning is lack of staff on hand in event of fire.

Been here on two other occasions and found it fantastic however not this time around. There was a sock under our bed and the floor had not been cleaned, the freezer section in the fridge was frosted over and we couldnt fit anything in ,and there was no shampoo. Went to use the spa and the water was so dirty... More
