In reality, this place is "Budget Accommodation" so it's unrealistic to expect the Shangri-la which is why I feel the reviewers who have based their opinions on this pointless comparison need to garner a teeny reality check - you get what you pay for kids and this place is no exception to that pesky little rule. Think more laterally, like... More

This place was very clean, cosy, and a good stay. The room was tidy and it was cheap. But it's worth what you pay. If you're looking for a cheap stay that's decent, this is a great option. It also has free wifi and is quite charming inside.

Multiple issues with this place. At $80-90 per room, per night, you would expect much better. The communal kitchen was poorly equipped (we had to buy our own plastic cutlery from Coles to use), only one of the four gas elements worked, so only one person could cook at a time. Grotty cleaning sponges that looked very second-hand - we... More

We decided to spend one night in the blue mountains and chose this little place. The owner was lovely and really accommodating! The room was a little old fashioned bu had plenty of pillows and we had a good sleep. Theres a car park at the back but its a bit tight so we left our car on the road.... More

Most of the time it's a quiet place. There's a cosy living room with fire place. The kitchen is small but the dining area is quite big. On sunny day with breeze it's really good to sit on the balcony to mingle with friends. On top floor there are few quiet corners that you can enjoy reading and sunshine. The shower... More

This is an awful place to stay. The place was dirty and smelly. You don't get what you book. Bed was poor, noisy and wet. The owner is clearly just in this to make money from anything, so be prepare for a lot of additional charges and agreement changes after you paid. Avoid it at any cost, don't make the... More

In a good location but this hotel was horrendously over priced for what it offers. For 90 AUSD we had a tiny tiny room with a double bed in it. The bed linen and all fixture were very old. I actually thought I had booked an em suite room (my mistake) I would never, have paid such a price for what... More

I stayed just one night in this hostel coming from Melbourne just for the weekend. All I can say is that the previous bad reviews about this hostel are very unfair with the place. The hostel is centrally located with beautiful views at the back. Is and old place with a lot of character, most important is a very clean... More

My trip to this place would have been complete if The Freak (Officer Ferguson) had checked me in. It is a perfect replica of the inside of Prisoner: Cell Block H's set. Whilst in the dirty, cold communal shower, you can't help one of the prison guards is going to come in and violate you. Whilst in the shared toilet... More

Lovely place, great service. Staff is always willing to help. The location is great. It's easy to get around. You can easily walk to the Three Sisters and Katoomba Falls. Had a very good time here. Pros; free WiFi, free parking, free coffee/tea, nice 'livingrooms'. Cons; window frames in showers can use some new paint, and kitchen can use some... More
