Very overpriced and disappointing! The service was quite friendly but rather forced. The rooms looked extremely dated and quite over-the-top - and my pillow was cheap and lumpy! I had the most appalling massage at the spa - the therapist pinched a nerve in my back and didn't even apologise! Not value for money - I'm never going back. more

We booked this hotel directly and found the booking process efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the efficiency ended. We had a wonderful stay here. Very professional and efficient check-in. Shown to our room and given good overview of hotel. Stayed here for 3nights on the last leg of our honeymoon. Quite a different style to hotels we would normally go for but it is really nice- in the style of a twee English guesthouse.
