My partner, twins and I stayed here recently, after spending one night in Katoomba on route to Sydney. Yes, the title of 'apartment' is misleading, instead being an old (?heritage) house. But i loved it. It was extremely spacious, with a large BR (King size bed), and a much smaller second BR (double bed), which i actually preferred due to... More

These are not actually apartments, but a fibro shack along a dingy part of Katoomba where rubbish is strewn all over the street. You share it with several other tenants who are audible through the flimsy walls and your conversation is audible on the other side too. The check in time on the Internet is not actually available and was... More

We stayed for one night in the two bed room apartment with three adults and three children. We really liked the renovated bathroom with spa. The lounge area was spacious. The furniture was quite old and may need couple of new ones. The main bed room was quite spacious as well with a full king size bed and ample room.... More

We stayed in the 2 bedroom "apartment" (really it's half a heritage house) after getting a free suprise upgrade from the one bedroom. It was so nice to have a big ol' room with dressing gowns, a fully stocked fridge, and a lovely modern bathroom with a spa. I think it's nice to have the ability to self-cater when you... More

I checked the reviews for these holiday apartments and got a mixture of comments. However my husband and I decided to stay there and I must say we were very pleasantly surprised. The Unit was lovely, older style but had character. The breakfast was enormous, really a bit too much food for us. The only problem was parking the car... More

This is not an 'apartment' it is an old self contained flat in an old house. Suitable for a 1940's or 50's movie set. Tired nd needs renovation. The bathroom is.truly old and dated. Don't be milsead by the advertising. Suitable for partying backpackers only.

The Milroy Holiday Apartments have been created within what was a Blue Mountains heritage house, managed and serviced from the nearby Town Centre Motel in Katoomba, which we selected online by luck!. We had a spick and span two bedroom apartment, with a huge lounge room, breakfast room, kitchen and a modern bathroom with spa bath to soak in after... More

The apartment is an old house divided in two. It is damp, musty and cold with awful decor. The noise from the ajoining apartment TV interrupted us. The Neighbouring property is some kind of facility for 'Disturbed people' who yelled and abused each other at all hours, very frightening, especially with children. We were not able to use the shared... More

Stayed 1 night in a musty, dusty 2 bedroom apartment (Milroy Holiday Apartments) with windows which were painted shut, others without flyscreens, we needed to leave the doors open to air the place so we had insects joining us in an atmosphere that was not the least bit comfortable. Bathroom awful and the mould on the bathroom window ledge a... More
