We have stayed in many places the last few months, but none of them were as disgusting as this one. There was dirt and dust everywhere and we even found toe nails in the bathroom. We tried to contact the owners, but no response at all. Please don’t go here!

Great position , good size accomodation . Unfortunately not well maintained nor cleaned. The unit smelled like Nannas coffin and was dusty , full of spider webs . The bathroom was filthy. The grounds were very neglected . It is a real shame . These units could be awesome.

This property is dirty and unkempt. I have nothing nice to say about it. On arrival we called to find out how to get in but the person that answered the phone was rude and abrupt. Great start. The driveway was full of branches that had been cut down weeks ago. The grass was in need of a cut. And where there should be garden was full of weeds. The windows where filthy and where full of spider webs inside and out. Dead flies in the window sills. Light fixtures have never been cleaned. Carpet was filthy and all around the edge was full of dirt. We had a out door lounge to sit on in the lounge room not comfortable at all. Bathroom and toilet where not clean. The list goes on. No I would not stay there again. Very disappointed in the whole place.

The location was great, being just a short walk to magnificent Echo Point. We appreciated the off street parking and the space inside. The heating worked well. We thought it was good value. The wi-fi was a bit patchy but with mobile data, that was not a problem. The lady we spoke to in the phone when our plans changed and we had to adjust our booking was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in unit 3. One of the worst units I've ever stayed in. Very unclean and in desperate need of a tidy up. We stayed there because it had a seperated bedroom for the kids but really wished we had stayed somewhere else. It had a good BBQ area but that is the only possitive i can find with this place. Here is some of the issues. 1/Dangerous broken electrical socket in the bathroom and the hallway light looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling. 2/Only one element worked in the kitchen. 3/Kids bedroom door could not be opened from the inside. 4/Window in the main bedroom could not be locked. 5/ Freezer had not been cleaned in a very long time it was iced up with bits of food frozen in it. 6/Dead bug in the laundry 7/ Bathroom was filthy with mould starting to grow on ceiling, vent covered in dust and cobwebs and gunge in every corner. There is more but you should get the picture by now. My advice stay anywhere else. I doubt you could find a worse place to stay even if you tried.

We stayed in Unit 2. Good central heating Good facilities Comfortable beds Excellent location- walking distance to shops, Echo Point, Scenic World. The town house is very bare - unlike a hotel, it doesn’t have a “warm” feeling when arriving - there is no tourist info, no coffee in the kitchen, lamp shades needed dusting. However it was ideal for our family. It was quiet, had plenty of utensils in the kitchen, a helpful washing machine, extra blankets, cozy beds, and once we settled in it felt like home.

Reception don't know how to answer their phone professionally, when we initially called to see if we could check in half an hour early. This accommodation was the largest of our accommodations while on holiday, but there was little I found to appreciate in the place. TV was dirty and the remote didn't work, and only a third of the channels were available. The laundry was dirty and the vacuum didn't work. The toilet walls were filthy, cobwebs covered the bathroom skylight, and there was still a bar of soap from the previous people. The rooms were reasonable enough, but under our bed it was a half-hearted attempted at vacuuming the dust. Our window didn't have a flyscreen, so we couldn't open it far enough at night without worrying about mosquitoes. Lounge room wasn't cleaned properly either. Most decent part of the house was the renovated kitchen; small, but functional. Gardens were nicely kept though, everything was very pretty on the outside. But inside the townhouses could do with a major and thorough clean. I can deal with old, but I don't appreciate dirty. We stayed in house number 3. Location is good, and the Blue Mountains Chocolate place is walking distance, but i would have appreciated a cleaner place to stay.

The townhouse was pretty spacious, and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, and it was only about 10 minute walk into town. However, the goodness kind of stops there. There was no reception, and we weren't told prior to arrival that this was the case. Or that we had to call to get our code to the door. We arrived and were lost. The dining table had something sticky all over it when we arrived. The bannister on the front balcony was broken and I nearly fell when we arrived using it the balance myself and it wobbled so much I lost my balance on the concrete stairs. Then we discovered there was no oven, despite being told it had a kitchen. Two of the hotplates on the stove didn't work properly (one, not at all) and their was no exhaust fan above the stove. The TV had no reception, but with no front desk there was no one to fix the problem (or any others). The shower had mould growing in it. And as a human with limbs, I found it incredibly difficult to wash my hair! The tap in the kitchen sink was broken and kept falling off. And finally, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, but the window went out to a public area and I personally didn't want the other guests to see my naked top-half. I know all these things are mostly petty, but added up that this was all in one place, it did cause for concern. The place itself was fine, but so many little things that were going wrong really added up for a not-super pleasant stay. I can only hope that the other townhouses are of better quality (we stayed in number 1).

Dont know why all the negative comments? The townhouse was perfect for our family stay. It was great as the kids could have a place to run and make a bit of noise and not bother anyone else. Its a 2 min drive to scenic world and 1 min to the centre hub of katoomba. All the beds had electric blankets and room heating so we were very comfortable the whole weekend. Highly recommended for familys.
