We stayed here for a week while travelling the blue mountains, our room was great it had 2 big safes in, a fridge freezer and also a tv with lots of different channels. However we did move rooms because of our bed breaking and find that the next room didn't have half this stuff and the window wouldn't stay up... More

Made this place our base for a week while exploring the blue mountains, hostel was fantastic, lovely lounge and dining area, big kitchen and BBQ area. Laundry and internet are both free. Bathrooms are big and clean. Staff are also very helpful, our bed broke and we were instantly moved into a new room. The nearby Hertz car hire shop... More

Our family of 4 stayed at the hostel for 4 nights. We had a private room and after the first night we accidently broke the frame of one of the beds The staff was very friendly and immediately moved us to another room. The room, linen and bathroom were all very clean. The kitchen was also spotless, it was the... More

I stayed in the hostel for a couple of days and the place is 200 mt from the raylway station, the room was clean, there is a big kitchen with a lots of furniture and there is free wifi and free laundry. The staff is always friendly, the place looks old but clean and the price is really good.

First, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Second, this place is huge (unfortunately has no lifts). Nonetheless, I liked my stay here. There were very less people. Wifi was okay and can reach some areas of the bedroom. However, there was noise from the street at night, and from the trains early in the morning. facilities are good. Fireplace in the... More

In my opinion is a great hostel because of his position, services, staff and rooms. The staff is lovely and really helpful! I really appreciated that you have your own locker without paying an extra. In addition you can meet lovely backpackers :)

First thing we noticed was warning signs everywhere. Generally a nice place to stay however more sofas in the common area would be lovely. Every available space first thing in the morning and the evening was taken up by a large contingent of American students. Unfortunately their noise levels carried through until the early hours of the morning which meant... More

Since not allowing Australian citizens to stay of course the place is a lot quieter, went in the other week and greeted by a big sign on the door saying locals are not welcome!!. No atmosphere, dull and not like it used to be..

If you want to escape the city life of Sydney and have a couple days to spare, I strongly suggest you to visit the Blue Mountains. Located about 1,5 hours west from Sydney, the Blue Mountains are truly beautiful to see. Having stayed in many different YHA/HI hostels, this one was by far one of the best. The hostel was... More

Stayed here just for the one night, we were booked into a spacious 4 bed dorm with comfy mattresses and pillows. Lots of storage space, the common area was nice and cozy as well, and the kitchen was brilliantly stocked! Staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay that much better :)
