My boyfriend and I stayed the 2 nights in their guest house room, although not like the pictures, it was clean and warm. Could do with a bit more maintenance (eg. curtains) but overall it was pleasant.

Stayed last night and had dinner and show package. Room was freezing with only old electric bar type heater on wall near floor which gave very little heat. No electric blankets. The open fires in the lounge and bar were not lit until late and gave out very poor heat. Show and dinner were okay although meager portions but had... More

We stayed for one night for 2 people at the Clarendon, when we checked in they had booked us into the wrong room. When they realised, they changed us from a 2 bedded room to 1 bedded room without lowering the price. When we opened the door, the room was NOTHING like in the photos on the website. The room... This will teach us to check Trip Advisor before checking in. We were visiting Blue Mountains, and weather was getting bad, so didn't want to travel back to Sydney. We stopped at one hotel, but no vacancy. They suggested The Clarendon, as "they have shows"! Well our poor luck, they had a vacancy. ( we should have taken note that... More

I took my mother to the mountains for a 3 day stay mid-week of the Easter school holidays. The usual place we stayed at was booked so we saw The Clarendon was at the same price so booked there in the motel. The place is run down. We had a ground floor room with two double beds. The curtains on... More

We had room 16, old but presentable. It was typical of the area, old but nice. Bathroom very average but clean. Staff very friendly run but chinese now not native australian. Its quiet the period style guest house as you would expect for the area.

Got 3 rooms for 1 night, all on the first floor of the guesthouse. All the rooms were old, but one of them (#11) had a really disgusting bathroom, with a leaking toilet and a bad smell. A few insects in the room (no fly screens) did not improve the feeling. The bed sheets and the towels were clean though.... More

Visited The Clarendon for Dinner/Show, Overnight Stay and Breakfast. Dinner was excellent, show was great. Guesthouse accommodation was adequate but tired and much in need of a make over . A bit like camping, one night is enough. Breakfast was made more pleasurable by Frank who appears to be a bit of a multi tasked member of staff. Some pastries... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night recently on a trip to the blue mountains. It was just after the bushfires so the motel wasn't very busy. The rooms aren't luxury but are clean and it suited our needs. Friendly service and within walking distance to the town centre. Also not too far from the 3 sisters.
