We've come here a few times now and I guess the owners are starting to recognise us. We are really happy to see the owners taking the effort to update the motel with great renovations to the bathrooms. I don't know if it's all the smog in the city but staying here is really some of the best sleep I've... More

We stayed over the Xmas season and found the motel quiet, convenient and the staff friendly and accommodating. The shower was excellent and the unit was spacious and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay again.

Manager was so RUDE. I mean very very rude. Did not like giving info when asked from emergency info to the motel's location. Apparently, it was my responsibility to find the place, I was travelling alone. No wifi in the room but was told there was. Wife was good and helpful. I was attending a workshop and venue was near... It's always hard to get good value at the snow. With the Station being more difficult to get cheaper rooms there's not much left. The room was ok, the bathroom was recently renovated, and the cleaning was good. I am yet to find good wi-fi in Jindy - couldn't get a decent signal in the room. I suppose some people... More

This is an expensive, tatty motel. The rooms were very tired and smelly. The customer service was poor and the man in particular was quite abrupt to other guests as well as me. They are being complacent about the demand for the ski season but as we all know the season is getting shorter and the snow is thawing quicker... More

Arrived here late afternoon after a day on the slopes. The rooms are a decent size and facilities Ok though be aware you have to ask reception for the tv remote... Strange I know the power points are too low to the ground so take a power board if you have an iPhone charger apart from that can't really fault... More

Unfortunately this was my worst stay at the snow ever. I would normally stay at the station however it was booked out. The rooms were very basic which is expected for budget accomodation however it was very noisy and the male manager was extremely unfriendly the entire time. There was a lovely lady on front desk however this didn't make... More

Two adults and five children checked in at 4pm after traveling from Sydney. The man was friendly and all was hassle free. We asked if we could add on breakfast in the morning and this was no trouble. Seven of us in one room was fun, we had a tv and a beautiful hot and strong shower. We were after... More

Cosy looking reception area in an almost deserted motel (we were there in off peak season). The guy who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room we booked was spacious and clean and could accommodate 7 people if needed. We were plesantly surprised by the lovely brand new bathroom in this oldish motel but wondered why it... More

The Acacia Motel is designed for the winter months with large groups. The motel has a restaurant and bar during the winter ski season. However the owner offers breakfast as you require. Our room included a King size bed, two bunk beds plus two roll outs, the ensuite renovation is brand new and finishes the warm atmosphere.
