Our snowshoeing group stayed here for a night in an 8 person room. It was great! New bathroom with excellent water; lots of room for bags storage; comfortable bunks; and a great breakfast ( small extra cost) in the morning. Gillian and Alan were welcoming and helpful. For the price, this is excellent accommodation in Jindabyne.

OK, So during the week this is a fairly quiet if out of the way Motel, The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom was new if a bit wet. As in it did not drain all that well. The Parking is good, if crowded on weekends, as is the hotel, with weekend warriors up from Sydney. Also a lot... More

My husband and son spent 3 nights there, the reason for my booking this motel was not only for the accommodation but also for there advertising that they had a restaurant and bar but neither we're open during there weekend stay. Although breakfast was being prepared as they left at 7am on Saturday morning, if you are going to the... More

A few weeks ago, we booked rooms for a weekend trip. Previously we had season passes and stayed at the station so we're used to booking budget accommodation. When I stayed at the Acacia, I told myself I'm too old for this S*#*. The rooms had a musty smell from the wet carpets - we used food to mask the... More

Stayed 4 nights and found the rooms to be clean and equipped with all basic necessities - fridge, tv, kettle, heater. It was expensive but then again everything is during ski season. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The walls are soiid brick so the rooms were nice and quiet.

The Acacia Snowy Motel was our home away from home while we had three excellent days of skiing in Kosciusko National Park. It was the second year we have stayed and the manager remembered us and helped us out in plenty of ways during our stay. We found the rooms to be excellent, warm and clean. Each meal was delicious... This hotel has so many signs everywhere telling you not to do anything or touch anything or ask for anything that you fairly quickly get an idea of the personality of the owners. If you squint you can almost see how this could be a nice hotel with different owners - an open fire in the common room, a little... More

The staff at the acacia were lovely and very helpful however the price per night for a musty room with a tiny heater was very disappointing. It is in a great location and lovely cried but was not worth what we paid. Parking was a little cramped but was right next to building.

Spent 3 nights here last week and it was terrible. Upon arrival i was told if the milk tasted funny not to carry on and make a fuss, just return it. Our room was fine, the common area was filled with games that only a few worked, with signs stating (NO REFUNDS). There was a fire in the common room,... More

We stayed in the off season, and had the motel largely to ourselves, not that you spend much time hanging around the hotel on a holiday. The room was spacious, the hospitality welcoming and warm, and the location, Jindabyne, was such a great place to holiday. When other guests arrived, the manager strategically located families and couples in either end... More
