We spent a week at Horizons resort (7-12 July)and have stayed there before. The rooms are good but service is virtually non exisitant. Pay $450 per night for bed and breakfast and the rooms are not serviced and clean linen and dry towels are not supplied(can be done for an extra charge) Breakfast was very ordinary and when asking for... We had 6 great days down at the snow and enjoyed staying at Horizons. The accommodation is spacious and warm (electric blankets would have been good though). Our bathrooms could maybe have done with a bit of a refurb. McEvoys Restaurant is fantastic, Squires Bistro is questionable. Food served on cold plates will not stay warm - it's a shame... More

Stayed in this resort for 3 nights during July and made the right choice for doing so. This hotel used to be managed by the Quality Group and is now managed by Rydges. Just some pros and cons. PROS: -Excellent location (in the city centre and just 2 min drive). Easy access to shops and other facilities. -Just 27 kms... More

We had a great, very comfortable, warm and spacious 2bed apartment in July school hols...great kitchen so easy self catering for families.. A few negatives that made our arrival from Queensland driving 1300 km in 2 days very disappointing...Management had forgot to turn the hotwater service on..so first night no hot water, no hot showers..we were tired and weary...not a... Our beds were very uncomfortable and we woke up with sore backs. We went as a group of three couples and were very disappointed with our rooms. The only good thing about it was the restaurant and bar staff. The reception staff lacked knowledge and not very courteous at all. The free Wifi only worked in the lobby n reception... More

This property has just been taken over by Rydges and it is great. The rooms are not new, but very comfy and well appointed. Views of Lake Jindabyne are great, its on the door step. It is close enough to Thredbo and Perisher to enjoy the cheaper advantages of Jindabyne. I loved it. The indoor pool was a real winner... More

Made a last minute decision to change from staying at Cooma to Jindabyne and there was no disappointment at all. This hotel has recently been acquired by Rydges group and there is a min 2 night stay limit. We payed $300/ night for Deluxe studio room overlooking lake Jindabyne and it also included buffet breakfast. Front staff are very friendly... More

Please see my review under Rydges Horizon Snowy Mountains. It used to be Quality horizons resort but recently it has been purchased by Rydges. In summary the stay was comfortable and relaxing and it's in a good location.

This is exactly what I said as soon as I walked into our Studio Apartment. This place has everything that you could possibly want in a home away from home. Undercover parking at your doorstep, huge apartments with a balcony and views of the lake, loungeroom with TV & DVD player, huge mirrored wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with... We recently stayed for the third time at this property while in Jindabyne for business. This resort is outstanding value for money and is wonderfully comfortable and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The room is large, roomy and well appointed. This is a great choice in the Jindabyne area. Fabulous breakfast and especially good front of hotel staff =... More
