We stayed here on a recommendation of a friend who had stayed here previously. Unfortunately, there appeared to be a new manager in situ who had poor people skills and no concept of hospitality and friendliness, we will not be staying there again!!! Rooms were small but clean. Manager needs to be replaced.

Rooms very small but spotless and warm. Had been refurbished recently. Quiet and very good location to stay on the way to the way to the snow. Service friendly & helpful. Bathroom needs ventilation fans.

Room was small for three people, no storage area for luggage, although would be OK for two people, renos underway , very neat and clean. Manager has poor people skills, appears to be rude and abrupt .Sorry but couldn't recommend.

Our room was obviously being refurbished at the time we stayed there as the paint fumes were very strong, there were no skirting boards or covers on the power points. We booked a family room with a queen and two sets of bunks to find only 3 beds in the second room for four children! We coped with it but... More

All units are undergoing refurbishment as June 2014. We stayed in a refurbished room for one night that was nicely finished with a smart new ensuite. we found the room to be clean and comfortable although a bit on the small side. All equipment and fittings in the rooms were new so no problems there. Would be happy to stay... More

The room was tiny and had a strange, rancid smell. The cord of my bedside lamp didn't reach the power point. The bed was so uncomfortable that I seriously considered sleeping on the floor and the heating was effective but incredibly noisy. The pluses were the location and friendly staff but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The trip... More

I thought we were better at judging a book by its cover, my advice: Don't be deceived, keep looking. We paid for one night of hell. The room smelt of sewage and some of the electrical appliances were used as props only, as their power cords were unable to reach the available power outlets. The bed provided the most uncomfortable... More

The rooms were very small but neat and tidy. I paid a little extra to get one of the new rooms. Should have saved my money. The location was good being close to the pub and ex servos. As this was a business trip it was fine. They supplied soap but no shampoo. The staff were friendly.

The place was neat and tidy. Air con worked well. Bathroom was clean. I had a small kkitchenette in my room. check in was fast and friendly. I learnt the whole motel is undergoing renovation. They have recently installed double glazed Windows. The rooms have cards instead of keys to gain access.
